    I love the integrity of this practice, how even though it's hard work it's not jerky and hurried but it allows me to truly feel where every movement is coming from and to make sure it's deliberate and not out of control. Thank you 💛

    I thoroughly enjoyed this ab adventure! Ab workouts always make me feel strong and powerful. And Sphinx Pose always feels so good afterwards!
    Yesterday's glimmer was celebrating some personal wins with my family and some sparkling cherry juice!

    Nice little ab workout that made me feel awake. Thank you David! 💖🙏For some reason ab exercises sometimes make me feel angry even if I don't find them too difficult. 😄
    My glimmer from yesterday: the sun came out for 10 minutes after many days of rain and darkness.

    I must have forgot the affirmations last night when I was saying unkind things to my hubby about myself and he wasn't too happy with me. I am thinking of adding this abs one to my strength training in the morning even though I still can't get into planks I will stay on my knees.

      The fact that you forgot just means you're human 😂🥰 Coming back to these affirmations again and again helps them slowly sink in. Adding this into your strength training would be awesome! Yes, just work with what you got and stay on those knees 🙌
