We're having physiotherapy come out to the house this afternoon to give us some exercises that he can be working on with his home care worker in order to try and make his balance better so hopefully he does them

I'm actually scheduled at some point in time for a full body scalito scan so I just figured I'd wait till then and have them check out my arm because there was no swelling and no bruising so they couldn't have been broken but it could well have just been sprained or something but it's so sore anyway I'm just waiting to hear from them when that's going to be

Shepherds Pie Brown hamburger and onion. Add seasoning last and simmer. Put in bottom of pan. Add peas and carrots to pan. Mash potatoes, green onion, bacon and cheese. Place on top layer. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. 2lbs hamburger 1 lg onion 1pkg clubhouse Shepherds pie seasoning 4 splashes worchestershire sauce 1/2 cup peas (cooked) 1/2 cup carrots ( cooked) 6 medium potatoes 3 green onions 4 slices cooked bacon 1 cup shredded cheddar
