I don’t eat meat and vegetables.What is best high protein meal replacement I can take to gain weight health and and bigger muscles and bones I can get nutrition and calories I need per day example lunch and dinner. Breakfast I eat greek yogurt. What are other alternatives you can use if don’t eat balanced diet meals . I don’t mean I eat junk food. I don’t eat any fast food I don’t drink soda I don’t smoke alcohol no candy at all. If you are very busy person. Thank you so much
