i just wanted to say that hamsters need sand baths in order to clean themselves so if you do get that make sure to get calcium and dye free reptile sand. he also needs more bedding the minimum is 6 inches but the more the better, i also recommend more substrates like adding some moss or dried flowers IF YOU CAN beacause hamsters are prey animals so the more clutterd an an enclosure is the better. other than that your enclosure is great and all of those besides the bedding and sand bath are just recomendations
@@Itsbre- Yeah I said in the vid I added more and he burrows in it! I’ve had hamsters my whole life and have another one currently that is 3 years old so I must be doing something right 😂
Please please don't buy any animals from pet stores, they come from rodent mills which are horrible and stressful places for animals. There are investigations people have done that you can watch, they are quite graphic so be careful while watching.
