Loved this one, yes! Thank you for all your work as always, Drew. Supplements and diet-related stuff have a place and time in life for sure, but neither are anxiety CURES.
Supplements seams to be such an easy and straightforward way out...i try so many of them, but honestly i couldn't feel any difference, and dropped them one by one with time. For Me, much better way to restore confidence in my body and its helth was manual labor, even better than exercise.
This was good! Pizza gives me anxiety! I have an aversion to salt bc I have high bp (likely bc of my anxiety) and thus I get anxious when I eat pizza - the worst, right!
You'd have to start from the assertion or insistence that anxiety is state you cannot possibly allow. Its very difficult to find "what do to about this" without being willing to challenge that assertion and at least consider the possibility that you can handle anxiety and don't have to change your life because of it. The core concept is learning by eliminating avoidance that anxiety is unpleasant and uncomfortable and disturbing but not something we need to fear and therefore plan around all the time.
@@TheAnxiousTruth thanks for replying. As it is said that sugar, caffeine, stress, etc are stimulants and can increase anxiety. If our nervous system is already sensitized, can diet increase anxiety related other symptoms?

The benefits of actual labor are real! I love that you pointed this out. Thank you. :-)

I learned something here. I was putting too much stock in diet and how it relates to disorders. Thanks for the help!
You're very welcome. I'm glad you got something out of it. xx
That's because it's a very easy way to talk about it, don't need specific education even (and make $). A trend.
So what do we do about not liking things around our waist? Funny it was mentioned because I’m feeling thr lately…..
Never mind I didn’t listen long enough for the answer
;)
So I get anxiety every time I eat something. So I don’t eat much, but when I get hungry my anxiety goes even higher. What do I do about this?

@@TheAnxiousTruth ok I understand. I think I’ve developed some mental exhaustion as well. Treat that the same?
Can sugary dessert increase our anxiety?
What we eat might change how we feel. That's totally true. Being afraid of the change in how we feel is something different.
