Besides Lumens, the 'Color' of the lamps is important. Color is usually indicated on the lamp or shipping container with a 'K' designation. It can range from a soft-glow yellowish 2000K (or so) up to a sharp white 5000K. I'm not a video guy so I'm not sure which color is best for your usage. I use the sharp white in work areas.
