  • Ensenior 48" LED utility lights are bright at 4400 lumens, linkable for up to 4 lights, have easy plug and play installation and are quiet which makes them perfect for garages, basements, work benches and shops. The lights can be installed by surface mount or hanging. I installed these lights in my basement and they were easy to install and really lit up the area as you can see in the video.

In my building when we first moved in all the lights they had were on extension cords and that didn't work for me. I tried one of those screw in lights because there was that kind of fixture already there. That light was pretty dim and it wasn't there more than a few minutes. I decided to remove and replace it with a new box to add a receptacle for plugging in the short wires for new led lights. Then ran more wire for the next receptacle and so forth. Also at one end of the building, way up high there was an old ceiling fan that sounded terrible when it was turned on, sounded as though it had no bearings in it and i figured that over time it would fall down. I removed the wire from that box and threw it away and changed the direction of the wire so i could put in a new box and receptacle for a led light, which I chose a rectangle 150 watt light which was up pass the trusses. Then from that box ran another box and receptacle for one light over the work bench. Each section of the building has its own circuit breaker which was 20 amps controlled by a switch. It would have been nice if whomever wired the circuits would have put all the switches at the same walk in door but now as i walk in through the door I can turn on the center lights and walk to the roll up door and turn on the other lights. The building is 40x65

Why didnt you just use the bulb plug adaptors instead of rewiring?

Mainly because I wanted to show how a light to outlet conversion can be done. I also don't like those.

@@brettleybuilt My shop porcelain lamp holder has a side outlet connection point. Do you think I should just use that or switch it out to a legit duplex plug?
