No, path memory to all 3 alien stashes is the biggest thing in the entire speedrun. How many times do you think he had to run to the caches and back to learn them this well. Most people are basically wandering around lost for hours to find them once, and repeat the process getting back out, and never do it again.
1. those shadow leviathan dodges were absolutely mental 2. i love how calculated the battery life was for the seaglide 3. gotta love the parkour you did 4. pretty funny how you forgot to refill your oxygen tanks more than half the time
1 hour, 30 minutes on I have 2 seatruck modules and here is how I got them. In a ravine somewhat 200 metres (stand facing your fabricator) and go somewhat at an angle to the right. You will come across it and it has so many things in it. There is also a hole that in the bottom that leads to some sort of hostile creature group, but has dimonds, lithium, and seatruck modules. Soooooo great for the start.
@@TsarOfLeFoogs I stopped reading after you said "hostile creatures". Lol. The only hostile creatures I saw was a brute shark, 2 big things I couldnt identify (they were far away, and I was too scared so I went back to my base.) And symbiotes.
You should do an allstories% speedrun where you finish every optional story before the non-optional one. So basically: Cure the Frozen Leviathan, Meet Marguerit in her Greenhouse.
I tried this myself after steam refused to give me the final story line achievements bc of commands. Anyways, the run will then last around 1.5h or 2h.
It's not only noteworthy that you CAN skip so much plot, it's noteworthy that that is indeed the quickest way through.
