6:59 Had to look up "meet cute" as I'd never heard it before. Oxford dictionary definition: Informal US Noun (in a film or television programme) an amusing or charming first encounter between two characters that leads to the development of a romantic relationship between them. "it all started with a little meet-cute in a hospital elevator" 😂😂😂 Incredibly spot on.
Thanks! Interestingly, I think the term originated as a name for the story a couple would tell socially about their first meeting, which was... not always entirely accurate (if it ain't sufficiently "cute", you make it so). A "meeting" story that was "cute". Of course, it then became the name for the trope in narrative, which I think became a little more overt as a result of the term being coined and the general public becoming aware of it. Funny how that works sometimes. I might prefer Charlie Kelly's "meat cubes".

I never tire of this movie. Luv the Lou character.
To date, the best Lucifer portrayal I've seen in a movie or on TV. (Just my personal opinion.)
John is trying to Open a Portal using on his Tattoo in his Forearm saying " Into the light I command thee" porpuse of this is Constantine uses it to bring forth any creatures hiding in the Veil. or Summon a creature that could help him out.
Constantine has this movie from 2005, and a second was green-lit in 2022. Akiva Goldsman has said the script is done.
There is also a TV series on NBC that stars Matt Ryan that was canceled
Matt Ryan then was hired to play Constantine in the CW's Arrowverse.
Constantine 2 screenplay is finished. Keannu Reeves is set to reprise Constantine. Characters played by Lucifer and Gabriel are set to return as well.
A few years ago in an interview, Keanu was asked if there was any character he would like to play again and his answer was Constantine. After that, it seems like some wheels started to turn
"i was not expecting a jumpscare!" meanwhile, jumps as a BUS passes the camera...
It may be a call-back to the bus in "Cat People" (1942), which many cite as the very first jump scare in film.
@@Stogie2112 lol no, she is just a fraidy cat. bus wasn't meant to jumpscare, it was a transition in the film. she always jumps at hard cuts.
@@MjrCoxwell ... But the bus was a jump scare. It came out of nowhere... 😆 It made me jump the first time I saw it!
Constantine: The Croissant's Revenge... 😆
It has been said many times: But one of the best performances of Lucifer in movie history...
Such a great movie! I'm glad you reacted to this one Addie. Rumor is there is a sequel in the works now. I hope so, but I don't want to get my hopes too high. 😈👼
10:55 You are right. I think Johnny Utah was his Point Break character?
Apart from not having blond hair and being British, I like this version of Constantine. FYI, the Spear of Destiny also appears in a display case in the film Hellboy.
“Like a croissant” 😂
If you like the character of Constantine I could really recommend you to watch the TV show. It only has one season unfortunately but it's a great show
6:59 Had to look up "meet cute" as I'd never heard it before.
Oxford dictionary definition:
Informal US
Noun
(in a film or television programme) an amusing or charming first encounter between two characters that leads to the development of a romantic relationship between them.
