This was a very interesting story; however the reporter in the episode ruined it by his over the top, dramatic narration. Definitely not a fan of his reporting style where the interviewer should be more neutral and less opinionated.

I got adopted from Romania at 11. I grew up in poverty and when I was exposed to a comfortable life, I was forever grateful. I can’t imagine plotting my parents’ demise after all they’ve done for me and the opportunities and love they provided me with. Greed is a sickness of the mind

I can imagine growing up adopted is extremely hard. Not feeling like you belong to anyone or have a tribe. I'm so happy you found a tribe and hope you make a tribe of your own. I just had my 1st daughter at 45. We have basically no family. Died off or just not part of our life. She has no brother or sis ,cousins or grandparents. It's my worst fear she ends up alone. I have a special place in my heart for people who have felt alone like you.
