Day 121! Traveling with you 1st in Guatemala, now in Hampi, love globe trotting with you! Toe sit hurts so good! Massage on calf had a sensitive spot, however, I went back to it after going towards ankle the pain subsided. Fire log right ankle bone over left hurts my left leg....odd? My legs needed this. Time for bed and meditation! Good night, see you mañana 🎁💕💕🙏✌✌
Day 92! Found some ouches in my right foot while knuckle massaging. Was really tight in my hamstrings. This one is perfect for my bike ride a little later. Thank you again for always having the perfect practices! Have a beautiful day Cole! 💕💕✌✌🙏🎁

Day 77 Cole! Beautiful 77! This felt great. Much needed after my 18 mile bike ride yesterday. Fire log pose hurt with left leg on mat and right on top my ankle bone was hurting my muscle. Fine on other side. Massage on my feet discovered aches in middle of toes pad on right leg. Will work on those areas. The Quad stretch was awesome, unable to lay flat as of yet, what can I do with my head while up on my elbows? I let my head hang back, is that okay? Did this one awhile back. Glad it popped up today. Chance, I love you the challenge, can you send me more info. I could use more foot stretching! I also do Thai Massage and I find I'm often giving foot work more than receiving it, so this was a great way to give myself some foot love. Hey Trinity! The challenge is just to do the toe sit for a set number of days! 10 or 30 whatever you choose....I can't remember what my teacher had said, I think I say it in the video! yessss Thai footwork is the best!
