I’m using this right now. I have it since 2012 when I bought it for my Uni school use.
Last year I have dug it out from the store room and it’s perfectly usable for working from home. I have tried to find reason to upgrade from this to the latest monitor but I just can’t justify the reason as it works perfectly well.
Got one for 20$. Its a treat
2022 still using dual U2312HM what these monitors need are good calibration settings
What cable did you use to connect the monitor, is dp the best? and does it have any problems at 75hz. Great video
Is 75 hz it's highest refresh rate? Found the U231HMt in a dumpster, but have not tested it yet. Thank you 🤓
Just got the same monitor from Carousell for a dirt cheap price. With a bit of cleaning, it looks brand new.
This is a good IT contents for us local Singaporeans. Will you be doing any repair/ replacements videos? I have 2 cracked screen monitor and a Acer Predator 15 gaming laptop which is on my repair list.
I did so in the past but the views not good haha. If you do like that content I will make more videos on it soon. I will also we working a car repairs too. Cheers

1) I got a built-in desktop/monitor Toshiba LX830 (Running on Windows 7
7), when I connect HDMI>VGA adapter, it cannot detect the Dell monitor as a 2nd display.
However, it works for my Dell netbook (Running on Windows 8). Any advise?
How's the color saturation. Does the color seem degraded since it's a used unit?

How to connect the monitor to MacBook Pro?
Hi if you have a 2018 onwards macbook Pro you can use a type c to dp cable to connect it to the monitor. Cheers
does it have vesa, can it be mounted?
Hi, It can be mounted via VESA I am not too sure what the mounting it is. It may be a 100 X 100mm or 75 X 75MM. Cheers!
