@@nicolechacon7701 I'm homeschooled so my schedule might be a bit different but I'd recommend starting easy with a 10-15 minute stretch or workout before or after school! You can do 4-6 days a week depending how busy you are I just recommend going slow and try to not have it get in the way of school. Hope this helps!

Ann! I wanted to thank you very much for everything you create. This year I turn 15, but for some time I have been struggling with self-acceptance and the fact that mistakes are not bad. I didn't do all of today's training, but I'm proud of myself for having gathered the strength to do at least 30%. For me it's a great success. Thank you again and keep doing it!
The direction you're moving is more important than the speed. Keep it up and even when you're not doing as much as you want, please know you are wonderful and important not because you work out or because you avoided mistakes but simply because you are like no one else and you are working to be a better person. ❤

Great routine Anna! I have to say… for last 2 mins I do 30 sec burpees with squats then fast skaters… was not good to have pressure near retinas so had t9 change that part. Great workout! Thanks ❤❤❤
