I started trainning with you about 4 months ago ( co-worker recomendation) and I can already see huge differences in my body and in my physical and mental strenght. Y'ALL I MADE MY OWN "APRIL GET STRONGER CHALLENGE 💪" Day 1 - went well but I need to improve my stamina I get tired soo fast... I did maybe 2 or 3 reps less than Anna but day 1 was a great success 🏆💪 Day 2 - It was killer leg day... Omg it was amazing!!!! My legs are sooo sore but I feel soooo good yayy. DAY 2 WAS AGAIN A SUCCESS 🏆💪 Day 3 - It was upper body workout 🏋🚴💪 my arms are so sore but i enjoyed it alott!!!! ❤ Thank you sooo much anna for these whole some work outs 🥺🥺 Day 4 - REST DAY did some yoga 🧘♀️ ☺ DAY 5- It was killer hit dayyyyyyy I LOVE THE KILLER WORKOUTS 💪😅 I FEEL SOOO STRONG. I love you anna tysm for making these lovely work outs 🥺 Day 6 - 👍 done! Day 7 - done 👍 Day 8 - Done!! ☺

Hey Great job in making an easiest to follow and almost intuitive to follow workout video. The previous really help to get me prepared for the next movement, compared to without previous on the left corner where I feel like I'm scrambling and already behind just trying to figure out the new movement (in other videos). I also like your demeanour, it feels matter of fact instead of overwhelming positive and intimidating. Seeing a skinny person like yourself working out is already intimidating, but I appreciate the didactical items and the extra effort to add those.

I’m 20 years old ,I am a new follower ,and this is my first time trying to workout with you,(keep in mind,i’m a very lazy person and don’t do any physical activities ) but i thought it’s a great idea to start working out everyday to boost my energy ,since my final exams are around the corner….And Anne this workout was the hardest one i’ve tried in my life 😅 , 10 mins and i felt my heart is gonna pump out of my chest ,but it was really great ,i’m gonna try the same tomorrow hoping that i can last longer ,cause i want to be stronger,thank u very much 🤍🤍
After a major health related issue that left me confined to bed for an extended period of time, I have lost virtually all muscle mass, and am barely mobile. My balance has also been severely affected. I KNOW I need to develop core strength, in order to help regain mobility, and balance. I was hoping this would be of benefit to me, knowing I would have to break it into shorter time periods initially, but this, unfortunately, is totally beyond my capabilities. 😢. Suggestions? I am unable to do floor exercises, or kneel, due to physical damage, and arthritis. Thanks.
Wow I’m dripping! That was challenging but really fun. I’ve only very recently found your channel and don’t know if you get this said a lot but your workouts are very ADHD friendly. The % tracker, countdowns, little claps, lack of repetition, great playlists and confetti at the end get me those little dopamine hits to keep motivation up!! X
I’m gonna say I never sweated more in my life till now maybe in the middle of it I started cramping and I thought I couldn’t do more but bro something in me pushed me too!!! It was crazy my cramps just started going away when I was pushing myself!! That was crazy this is the most I’ve ever pushed myself to move!!!! Tysm for this video!!! It made me achieve more than I thought I would❤ and now I’m as red as a tomato 😂
