Upgrade your Road Trek and transform your driving experience with our life-changing suspension package at Weld Tec Designs! If you're tired of bumpy rides and unstable handling, this is the solution you've been waiting for. With our state-of-the-art upgrades, you'll enjoy a smoother, more comfortable journey on the road.
One of the key highlights of this package is the direct bolt-in three-inch lift spindle. By lifting your vehicle, you'll not only enhance its appearance but also increase track width, resulting in improved stability. Say goodbye to those nerve-wracking moments when maneuvering through tight corners or uneven terrains.
Looking for some extra height? We've got you covered! You can add a two-inch coil spacer to your suspension system, providing additional lift. And if you're seeking the ultimate suspension package, combine the spindle and coil spacer for a whopping five-inch lift that will truly set your Road Trek apart from the rest.
But it's not just about height. We understand the importance of ground clearance, which is why our progressive set of leaf springs in the rear will give you the advantage you need. Say farewell to skirting damage or dragging that can occur on rough roads or challenging off-road trails. With increased ground clearance, you can confidently navigate any terrain without worrying about damaging your precious vehicle.
The best part? Our suspension upgrades are designed for ease of installation. Whether you're a seasoned do-it-yourselfer or prefer the assistance of a local shop, our direct bolt-in applications make the installation process a breeze. Don't let complicated modifications deter you from upgrading your van's suspension - we've made it simple and accessible for everyone.
When it comes to control and performance, we've partnered with the industry leader, Fox, to bring you gas pressured shocks. These shocks allow you to have precise control over compression and rebound, resulting in improved handling and an overall smoother ride. Experience the difference as you navigate corners with ease and enjoy enhanced ride quality.
Don't settle for a mediocre driving experience in your Road Trek any longer. Upgrade your suspension today and unleash the true potential of your vehicle. With our top-of-the-line components, direct bolt-in applications, and gas pressured Fox shocks, you'll be amazed at the difference it makes on the road. Invest in your comfort, stability, and peace of mind - you deserve it.

Ford E150 commercial chassis 😎💪
06 Chevy Roadtrek 210
2005 Chevy 190 V! Love my van, so happy I found your channel, I want to lift her, add your cool bumpers and the cabinet storage box😅
I love how these Roadtrek look good low or high. The benefits of lifting seem pretty compelling
We agree! Thanks for watching!
This looks awesome! Tons of information was given to me.
It's great to hear all this information; very helpful!
Thank you! Glad we were able to help.
Love this channel.
Thanks for watching! We appreciate you
I just pulled the trigger on the 5" kit for my 2005 RT 210!
These Roadtreks really need the lifts!!
Absolutely! Don't want to mess up those pretty side skirts and the progressive leafs make a huge difference on these camper buildouts.
I have an 06 Chevy Roadtrek 210,which is wider, longer, and heavier than the 190. It seems raising it 5" would make it unstable. Have you had anybody do a 210? The tanks and everything in a Roadtrek are really low to the ground, and would like to raise the van to get more clearance for the undercarriage.
You would think that but it is more stable with better suspension on it built for the weight of the van.
Nice
Thank you!
Cool stuff man, my 2018 2500 savana has you front spacers, I'm in Canada and our money doesn't go far over in the USA or I'd have a lot more of weld tec on it
Thanks Mark! The great part about our Chevy kit is they can be built incrementally. You're on step one with the spacers. We are about to release a new cast spindle, which is significantly cheaper than our current TIG welded one. We also offer financing. Give us a call and we'd be happy to discuss future option for your build. 619-596-9831.
Oh ya, I watched the vid on that new spindle, I'm a subscriber
I have a 2011 Road Trek and I will most likely be making this 5" lift modification to it. But, and maybe this is not the forum for this, please let me know, I have issues with my door locks locking and unlocking. I have heard it might be a short in the wiring running along the wall of the unit. Have you all heard of this and if so, what did you do to repair it?
You gonna be at The Van Nationals ??
Road Trek vs DYI Sprinter Van retained value years down the road
Do you use these lift kits on Roadtreks with rear airbag suspension already on it?
1999 Roadtrek Popular 190 Dodge
I just ordered the 5" kit, leaf springs and shocks. I am getting it installed In Vancouver Canada by North Shore Off-Road Inc when it arrives!! My van is exactly like the one in this video and I was wondering what size rims and tires were on this van? Is this as big as I could go without having rubbing or having to trim body parts. Looking forward to getting those spots down that trail by the lake, that are not an option right now. Plus it just looks way better!!
We recommend 33" or 285s with 17X8.5 | 17"X9 wheels. Send us some pics of your rig when it's done!
There must be a fair bit of trimming to get 33” in there!!! I’ll send the photos in a few weeks
Hello, have 2010 GMC savana convertion van 1500, need 4 fox shocks and front stabilizar with fox, can you do that???
Thanks
Hello. Unfortunately, we don't make many parts for the 1500s. I'd recommend giving our sales department a call so we can point you in the right direction.
Did you guys get rid of the add a leaf kit?
