Underwater MONSTER Blocking This Lake Drain! Full Release of Water.
Вставка
- Опубліковано 2 чер 2024
- With all the storms and strong wind lately this drain was PACKED with branches and leaves....AND some massive logs. It didn't take me long to unclog it but it sure was satisfying to get it unclogged and flowing again.

I almost thought Post 10 aged for a second. 😆 🤣 😂
Poor post 10 got competition
This is what post10 will look like in the year 2064
This guy is two generations before, Post 08.
@@NEStalgia1985 😂 not really the guy does yard work lawn mower.
As you said: 'Somebody's got to do it". Great work that serves a good purpose.
Thanks Doc!
I would do that job all day, everyday.
I love These videos from the lake. Thanks for sharing it with us. 😍👍🏼🐸
enjoyed watching you do this great work - from Northern Ireland, UK
It's nice that these types of videos give others confidence to step in and help where they can.
Good Job, 👍 You are a Good Samaritan!! Bless You ! 😊
Great job on cleaning this up 🙌🙌🙌
That was very fun to watch!!
Enjoyed watching, greetings from Melbourne Australia ❤️🦘🦘🦘
Great job 💯👍👍
Awesome job 👍🏻👏🏻✅⭐️🫵🏼
Wicked awesome, it didn't take long to get flowing at all ! Excellent job! 😊😊😊
looks like fun! :) i have done some storm drains in my neighborhood after a bad rain, was a risk of flooding a street that would cause a detour.
Hey man. Great update. I wish you will cut an opening on the side of drain. Making it so much easier to unclog. Taking out 1 bar will be big difference. Pretty sure land lady will be ok with that. Still can't figure out why it is divided by a sheet metal. Cheers man. Always a relaxing one to watch. 👊👍💪👊☺️
I was wondering too. I think it is to keep long, large limbs from going down the drain. A longer log would float through the openings but if it strikes something that keeps it from tipping over the edge, it won't have the opportunity to flip over and lodge either in or across the drain? Just my guess....👍
@@Doxymeister Good analysis man. Thank you
The sheet metal is there to keep the water from swirling and eroding the dam when it is flowing very full. Like your bathtub drain X100.
Thanks so much for helping out the environment. ❤
Good job done!
Well done, from Northampton, England
England, sweet! I mean.....lovely! (Is that right?) 😂
Great job! I love the music at the end. Gratitude and blessings from Canada. 🙏❤
Thank you Anna!
Oddly enjoyable watching this. It’s hypnotic. lol. Be safe.
Loved the dramatic music at the end .... quite apt🤣Peace out!✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻
Great job!!
You did an absolutely fantastic job. I hope you got outta there tick free!
Haha, thank you. And yes, no ticks! 😊
Great job!
Thank you
Looks like there are a lot of people that like "Underwater MONSTERS!" LOL Fun video :-)
Love it ❤❤❤
Right on, brother! That pond needs a serious clean. I'm sure there are plenty of folks that appreciate what you're doing in the neighborhood. BTW who is responsible for the pond? Residents? City?
Good works, as always!🤗
An old couple owns it. Their son gets out when he can to help but I bet he doesn't mind me doing it.
Nice!
Wonderful job ❤ I learned something new!!
Wow, first time here! Enjoyed this!
Well great, thanks!
Great job sir! Enjoyed watching your video. Thank you.
Thanks Karen!
It’s flowing really good now. Your such a nice guy to do that
Thank you Kay!
Good job-Well done ‼️‼️
@@user-tu9oo7nn7h Thank you!
Great job.
Satisfying job.
This drain is the achievement of some really stellar minds, probably finished dead last in their class! That Bullfrog has more sense than whoever designed that drain!!😮 Great job!!
I am a Bullfrog and object to that stereotypical comment 😂
Please explain? Btw, I didn’t design it.
What’s the problem with it? I assume you could do better?
God bless you sir, someone has to do it.
I unclogged 15 street drains yesterday because they were very clogged with debris.
Man a super clog. Glad you are fixing it. Coming to you from Chattanooga TN
Hey man, alright......TN! That's a beautiful state!
Thank you Sir, Utah
Thanks Kathleen! Utah represented!
One of my favorite Skuller locations!
I don't usually get this many opportunities but it's been really rainy and windy so it's stirring up junk quite often. People probably getting tired of it but it has to be done........I might as well film it. :)
GREAT JOB
Awesome job!🎉😊
Thanks Angela!
Spray OFF like crazy 🙂🙂
Excellent unclogging!
Thanks Alan!
Love watching this, you got yourself another subs.
That's great, I appreciate it!
Wonderful job!!😅😊😊
Great Job. Michigan , USA.
I love Michigan! My real home.
You do good job.
Well done brother.God will bless you.

So gratifying to watch
That looked like fun!!
It's great fun. Like being a kid.
Looks really good.
Thanks Paul!
What a great job!
Thank you!
Greetings from the BIG SKY. Kinds wet here, too.
You Know I Stumbled on To This, And I Loved Watching You Get The Water Back To Running. It Was Very Relaxing Who Would Have Thought But It Really Was. Thank You.
Thanks Lakota!
Love these videos esp with 2nd camera on exit
Thank you!
Idk how big of an opening ypu have at the bottom or how easily it may clog...would this perhaps be better as glory hole style of drainage??? It may take away from the views we enjoy seeing...but make less work for you...again don't know the drainage aspect at the bottom bend...this is all your decision. Thanks for the content.
Oddly satisfying to watch 😊 more plz
Thanks Cassie.
Nice Job!
Thanks Paulette!
Good job
Grapevine can really tie things up. I pulled a bunch off a tree once and found out it was dead. The green leaves were all grapevine.
You are doing a very good job with your hip waders on!
Great job. Glad you didn't slip and sit down in the water, lol. I love the sound and sight of water flowing. Where does the water go from where it came out? Just an overflow spot? I was surprised you didn't try to move that tree that separated one side of the trap from the other side. Unless you already know that it is too heavy or massive. This is another thing I want to put on my bucket list. I used to love following water to the gutters when I was a kid in Milwaukee. I would take a stick and push the leaves away. But I need womens waders now. Only ditches where I live now. Somehow they never seriously clog. I will have to find a creek.
On the exit side the water just flows down a little creek. It winds back and forth through the woods. I've only walked about 50 yards back so not sure where all it goes after that. This is fun to do.
love it
Interesting!!!
Wow that thing was really clogged. If you hadn't done it no one would've messed with it. Good job !!
👏👏👏👍👍👍good job great
watch the rock in the middle of the downstream pool and you realize that the water level is rising because outflow in that pool is also partially blocked
Not partially blocked it's just slow moving on that end.
Im guessing the metal sheet is there to make sure a log that is too long going through the "maintenance hole" and down the pipe, blocking the bend at the bottom? It would be stopped by the sheet? Thats the only reason i can think of for the sheet
It's as good an explanation as any.
@@UpNorthMowingDude great video btw and subd
@@familyplans3788 That's great I appreciate it! Cheers.
Exellent😊
We have volunteers in Richmond Va that clean up the james river, bed along the pathways use social media just a thought river bed debris makes good mulch
Good deal!!! Looks a little different without all the snow and everything hibernating!!
Feels way different on my hands too!
@@UpNorthMowingDude yea it does lol
WE'VE HAD OVER 2 FEET OF RAIN SINCE EARLY APRIL IT'S BEEN CRAZY WET FROM DROUGHT LAST YEAR TO MUCH RAIN THIS YEAR
Yeah Matt, isn't it crazy? More rain than we've seen in a long time here in WI. It's been really dry the last several years so I suppose it helps to fill things up again which is good.
@@UpNorthMowingDude FACTS FOR SURE
Just found your channel. Great video 😊
Hey thanks Alison. Cheers!
Same here
Nice I get the drains at my place.
First timer. Very impressive.
Fun to watch the water surging down the pipe.
I watched as the water got dangerously close to the top of those waders! And, I wanted you to pull that other log out that was toward the front/opening. All I could think was, what if all that debris got hung up under the road in that drain pipe?
Were does the water drain to??an if you throwing twigs an stuff down to, wont it block were ever it's going??😊
Under the road and into a creek.
Thank you for saving the bullfrog! I love ❤️ frogs! You do excellent work!
Ha thanks. The little bugger was cute.
@@UpNorthMowingDude Yep, his name is Jeremiah.
I've been out just after heavy rain storms in my rural neighborhood and have figured out the problem areas. I try to do the preventative work between work and house work. There is less flooding these days.
Fun to do,huh?
in pa the lil bite that was going throw before you get to it to open it pu they say that is ok to lieve that way
You sir are one brave dude! I'm not sure most 20 year olds would be willing and/or able to clamber down that steep grade AND then know how to unclog that thang! You've helped the whole area - stagnant water breeds mosquitoes (& the bullfrog won't get too fat!) It's terrific that you got it sorted out - great job!
Haha! Thank you Teresa!
Nice video. If you can burn the branches removed it will make for great content!
Can someone explain to me why this looks so satisfying 😊?
enjoyed it, thank you
Scariest looking drain thing, omg 😮
Living here in New England USA and having a lot of swamps and beaver dams there always seems to be a big snapping turtles 🐢 living in them and I’ve seen them. I would be carrying stick or a good size knife if I was down by that water . Good job the wildlife will let clearer water. Thanks
Glad you said that because where the second camera is set up--- you can't see . Only bush near the lake and of course right in the way, lol
CC would add a lot to this channel.
I think ticks might be the least of your worries out here. Keep your eyes open!
Haha. I'm in Wisconsin so no poisonous snakes, crocs or anything like that. We have bears but out in nature more. My biggest threat might be a rowdy neighbor.
Post10 is the GOD of drain unclogging
Certainly was the first to do it. I watch all his stuff.
I was expecting a big ole catfish or something that was blocking it.
👍👍👍
Nice job! Do you know what the purpose of the corrugated metal sheet is? I couldn't figure it out.
I’ve watched a few videos with them in, nobody explain why it’s there
I really don't know. Maybe it minimizes water flow on that side so it doesn't erode the shoreline.
❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍
Post 10, approved!
Thanks Brian. And I never even said "beavers" once. It's a record!!😂
👍
What state are you in? Nice video 🙂
Wisconsin
One he'll of a state... up to his thighs in dirty water, hot, sticky and uncomfortable...😂👍🏴
Wonderful and thank you. Lake drains are my fav. If u take request lol I like watching the debris move on top of the water in the drain if u could that would be great and thanks
I agree with that. I like seeing that too. Here's a link to a video I did on my other channel where I show that kind of stuff more. This was before I had the Up North Mowing Dude channel. ua-cam.com/video/ZrtgYqB80kI/v-deo.html
