Thanks for watching y'all! - Авто та транспорт
Well clearly the answer here is you have to send this grinder back, buy the bigger 95DK for more fun and then tell rotochopper you need to demo a tub grinder for the stumps 😂
That application looks like a better one then the tires 👍
Feed that mulcher into the high-speed one , job done , metal taken out , double mulched with one operator !!!
Maybe it's a combination of things like turning up the HP or some settings adjustments. I would give the sales representative a call and tell him what you're trying to shred and maybe he has some suggestions 😊
Ryan i don't think you can run your business without this machine, it is mind blowing what it will eat 😂, as well we get extra YT video's while you demo this rig TKU can't get enough of your content 💪👍
can't wait to see this machine in the landfill! Awesome piece of equipment!!!
I could watch that thing shred those pallets and poles all day long. Great videos and thanks for taking the time to make them!
great video Ryan, can't wait to see it in the landfill 👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks guys for the content I love it it's very therapeutic and relaxing 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you for another Great Video ! Cheers
Thank you too!
Definitely a game changer wow can't wait for landfill video
Buy it just for the content!! I could watch this thing eat all day
Right?!
Mr. Digg, you have got some the best toys available! I love your videos. Your excitement is genuine and as my dad used to say, “If you do something you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.” I hope you all buy shredder, she’d fit perfect into your operations.
There is something about watching a shredder at work. It is cool to see something that is a problem shredded into something useful.
I see a RotoChopper in your future..... LOL 😂😂😂
Really makes for great viewing you guys giving thing a work out bro. Safe travels. Ken.
Some machine, viewing from County SLIGO Ireland 🇮🇪 🇺🇦🤠🚲📷✍
Hey SLIGO!
Aaron is such a prize asset!
You've got a lot of high dollar machinery to keep running . Some days go great and some days you can't win for losing . Keep your head up and rock on bro .
Thanks, you too!
Ryan you guys have got to keep that machine, the amount of savings in the long run would be astronomically huge, saving on space now I stead of later is gonna be huge, it's worth it to invest in it now, thanks for sharing, that was awesome to see 🇺🇲💪🤙👍✊
Thanks buddy
Continues t impress me Ryan makes easy work on the pallets so many variables this machine would be suitable for looking forward to c&d landfill test day 💪💪💪🍻🍻🍻
New to the channel thru Dirt Perfect luv what I'm seeing people and towns need more people like you do you have a junk yard metal magnet to haul nails, spikes from grinder to recycle the metall
I could watch this machine for hours.
Awesome video.
I've seen operators load the hopper full, the weight helps it feed. When a gas pipeline went through the porperty they have a shredder/chopper made by Vemeere, they spread the chips as they went and planted grass.
Great job boys 🇳🇿😎
I have found my new favorite channel lol
hell yes , this was fun, Now we want a larger one. lol
Impressive, just imaging steping on those rotors then the machine starts up lol there would be some mince meat and blood stains !!!!
I'm thinking you can definitely justify this machine if not many more.
Nice power in that machine!
Looks to do an awesome job with crush d pallets, with it removing 80% of metal, maybe you can get some fuel savings on the tub grinder by slowing it down but still getting the same volume. (Plus less maintenance and break downs)
Letsdig 18 would love this Rotachopper! :))
awesome rotochpper shredder video
When you turn away work, you turn away money! If you can grind, chip or whatever, people can get work that you can take care of. Nice to see! 😂😂
Good job guys
Pretty cool Ryan..
Awesome content Mr. Digg 🎉
More to come!
Nice Vid!
When it finally does get a bite, it sure does rip and tear lol 👍😂
I love it
two side by side.,.,maybe,..Tkzz for sharing,.,.peace
That machine is a.beast!!!!
Awesome video men .
Appreciate it!
man the space yall would save is amazing
I love the sound of that crunching wood
A quick read of the brochure suggests there's three rotor options - coarse wood, fine wood, and MSW/C&D which I think is what you have now.
Given you're doing pretty much all materials with this, you probably don't want to be changing rotors and breaker bars all the time, so stick with the current set for your landfill and pallets as it handles them just fine.
Stumps, can either split them and try it with this or stick with the current operation of split and high speed grind.
Look forward to more vids!
Gotta buy it now... you wore the paint off the hopper
Lol. Nice machine
I ran a WHO tub grinder back in the 90's that would've made short work of all that debris...it especially loved stumps, it was an amazing and violent machine.
Just figured out you are just across the river from me. Knew ya’ll were good people.
Enjoy the channel. Interesting technology going on with the stuff we throw away thinking it magically disappears..
That thing is fun
I am still blow away with what this has eaten ! like you said if you who'd have but that wood throw your grinder that metal that is mixed there who'd just tear it up that shredder did not care about that metal it just throws it to the side like it's no one business it really seams like it who'd be a game changer for your business! keep up with your content I enjoy it and I think many others also do thank you for sharing with us all ! I cant wait to see more video's from you
👍👍
It's still, very interesting 🤔
You should buy 2 of those 1 for the pallet pile and 1 for the landfill
It's like the Terminator meets Hungry Hungry Hippos!!!!!
That machine is very impressive and you certainly have given it a workout, Mr Digg
You should point that out to the folks at Rotochopper when you're negotiating the price for the shredder's new home (we know you're gonna buy it)
You can't buy advertising like that
Thanks Mr Digg
P.S. I like the fact you take the time to respond to every comment.
Any chance there's another live stream coming please?
Feels much more like a personal meeting and I've never been inappropriate in front of Miss Courtney (but I have enjoyed "meeting" you both)
Look after yourself Mr Digg and thanks again for the video 👍
The scrap metal might pay the fuel bill !!!😉🙃😎 NZ
That Shredder works really well I personally think it's brilliant with wood and the separation with the metal, Although it works with most items it struggle's to deal with rubber and various other items tough items, Almost need a next model up if there is such a thing to deal with the heaver work, another peace of kit to the collection if it's viable 😀
If I had one wish it would be everything would be recycled because I see so much waste its really disappointing, we all need to be more serious because it's a serious problem across the planet, Great content it's really interesting and fun to watch 👍👍
👍
Another benefit to the slow speed grinder is less fine material in the primary brake down process.
Thus more sellable material get to the colorizer instead of the compost pile.
The tonnage per hour is amazing when you get setup right would be amazing
I don't know to much about the volumes and economies of your operation but to me it looks like it would make sense to put one of these in tandem with a high speed shredder and leave it at the crate and pallet wood and shred the wood literally as it comes in. As you said, it would mean that you could literally take in any wood that comes your way which should considerably increase the volume coming through just the scrap wood processing which might just make it viable to dedicate the equipment just for that use. Just a thought.
Mr. Digg the grinder has no problem with the pallet debris. How big a dent did you get in the tires getting rid of all of them enjoy the video man y’all stay safe. Keep them coming days are counting down to the super slide. Can’t wait.
Meant for pallets. Catcher hopper for metal so it doesn’t hit the ground. Don’t forget to send the magnet excavator around to pickup that metal on the ground.
that who'd be bad not picking up them nails and bolts
The 7.3 service truck is the real hero of the video.
👍
Great video! Way to put the 75DK to work!
Next on the shopping list….a drone. Now that would give some fab views. Or maybe get someone in just for one video?
Need a new one
Sir You Need A Tub Grinder, Throw It In And Forget It!!!! Love Your Operation, And Your Channel!! Later Brother!!
Thanks!!
Awesome shredder 👍Like how it catches so much Metal also Bet if you slowed the Main belt down a bit it would catch a lot more metal. Ohh and that little Railroad Spike you seen is a Date nail for Railroad tie ends. Liking all your content 👍
I've seen 1 of them shredders before doing pallets it had a second magnet fitted half way up the belt gets more metal out great machine
Pallets and poles and stumps oh my! Just my opinion, and you know what opinions are, it's home would be pallets and poles. I bought some brand name bagged mulch, had to dig out a bunch of big pieces.
Hi, on other UA-cam channels, It shows basic machines that rip out the steel wires in any tyres. will make shredding far quicker and better.
We use a cat 977 to push our wood that's about the setup we got they probably did close 2 7000 yrd
Now you need to make something to collect all the nails and other metal coming off the magnet
It's a huge deal trying to keep metal out of the pallet pile
How much of nails and bolts from pallets do you select from the wood-pallets? Fantastic nailcollection and bolt-collection beside the magnet-trommel 🙂
Of all the other grinder videos ive watched. To me those set of "teeth" are good for all around general purpose grinding. It will do the job of grinding stumps, just got to be a little patience with it. Also put 3 or 4 stumps in at a time to keep the pressure on the shafts to help feed the stumps. You can also ask the rep to see if changing out the rotors to one with more of a shredder hook would be more beneficial. Or even better have both kind of rotors, use the ones currently in the machine for everyday grinding. Then when thise rotors need hard faceing slap the hook rotors on and knock out the stumps. And when the others are done, switch them back. Also i believe there is a attachment for the excavator cab that can raise/ lower it, so both machines can be at ground level and the operator can still see in the hopper.
Let's get to shredding!!
That low speed shredder needs to be filling straight into the high speed shredder...no extra diesel to move it.
I believe you found the right piece of equipment for the landfill.
👍👍
I wonder how much faster the high speed would process the pallets after going thru the shredder. Seems like it would chop faster. Also need a bin under the magnet for easy clean up of it
If you get one of these slow speed shredders for your operation, and considering the small size of the shredded pallet material, maybe you could lower the magnetised belt a little closer to the the main belt and evict even more of the nails :)
Couldn’t you have the set up where the slow shredder feeds into the high-speed shredders
One thing that would increase the overall speed for any of your grinders would be to get a small wheeled material handler with a hydraulic cab and 4 or 5 tine scrap grapple with an integrated magnet in the grapple center. Both Sennebogen and Liebherr make them. Wheeled to have speed between the different stations and get rid of undercarriage costs. The elevated cab keeps you off the piles and with a great view of the infeed tub. The magnet will let you pull the ferrous off the separate run material. It will speed your overall time X 1.5 times easy. Way less hassle than the excavator with a thumb.
This is a emberrising machine. The tree shredder at my work had been shredding many trees at this time.
Would be nice if it had replicable teeth/cutters instead of having to replace the whole assembly
love your videos. please tell Aaron he needs to lower that magnet belt when doing pallets
I wonder if it would be possible to have the drums in eccentric mounts & the scrapers able to slide in & out.
That way you could adjust the size of product without changing things out.
😊😊😊😊😊😊
As a nursery propagator i would love to use a company's fines in potting soil blending.
Man thats crazy all those nails it was able to pick out of those pallets!
Well clearly you should try a Doppstadt !! Best machine ever for this type of application ! Look at some video about the inventhor type 9 and you will see that's exactly what you need!
Collect all the metal that thing pulls which is just by product and you can sell that too. Saves wear and tear and repair money on the high speeds. Processes the metal out which can be sold, produces a cleaner product for the customer and will probably see better fuel efficiency on those high speeds over time cause it’s working an already processed product. That’s just on the pallet operation. Not to mention the space saving in the landfill. Hard to say no to that.
I think its a wise choice to buy that machines just for the magnetic qualities
Shredders are like vacuum cleaners . They all work fine the first day you own them . But its all down hill after that . . I would rent all day long but I would never own .
Good advice
If it can bite it, it sure can chew it. Aaron got cogliuns ....you would definitely won't catch me that close to the edge on that machine 😮🙏
Wish I could grab those cut logs. They'd be great for landscaping.
What is the creosote pole mulch used for? Hard to sale as landscaping material i would guess.
Fuel in coal powerplants?
The EDGE shredder is better suited for that wood. That things a beast!!
Can the magnet belt go in both directions?
So you could put a skip either side if required.
Is this landfill near Aiken, SC? Thanks for the video.
How do you guys like the Kobelco 210
Been a very reliable machine
