Fast paced party songs have always existed in Bollywood, but however to this day the slower more melodious songs are preferred by audiences and become top songs, compared to pop tracks. Hence you see very few hypesongs in this compilation. Cuz they very rarely are number 1. Also the synchronized dancing with a lot off people probably took off in the 90's

It's true, Pop always stay maximum 2 weeks in my playlist but Indian songs always does , come back again and again. You can't believe three songs I god damn every day listen 1. barsaat ke masaam mein 2. mere rang mein 3. Aap jo ish tarah se ❤❤😅😅, I don't know why I obsessed these songs , never bored.

India was under British, Portugese and French occupation till 1947 and some parts till 1964. They left India the poorest country in the world at the time. The quality you saw was to be expected.

There has been dancing in Indian movies for the longest time but majority of the songs in this compilation are soft melodious songs which aren't for dancing

Actually there are always dance no. with songs in bollywood , however some songs are also there where there are no dance from before to till now because it depend on movie scenes. It's just this compilation shows only good or popular songs wise. Like some examples Sun saiba sun , Aplam chaplam, babuji dheere chalna, piya tu ab toh aja etc. 🥰🥰

True , we now find countable good musician but that time I mean before 2000's we find only find no of bad musician because maximum so good that can't stop listening. Sometimes I thought , now there are so many music technology but that time don't but still old songs are so pleasing , melodious that feels like i am in heaven.

See, I can understand yoir perception and expectations of the big Bollywood, which is famous for big dance and party sequences in west. When you're expecting that in 70s, 80s or 90s...it was there but in this video there's just one song for a year, so obviously you can't listen to the whole variety of songs...and the amount of songs it produces each year, it's insane.
