You don't need bloody snow foam but you will need a wet vac. One important point. You need to know how to clean cars properly first.

to start with it’s not necessary but it gets lots of peoples attention in real life and socials, but it can also be effective for pre washing or making the contact 100x easier

@@cosmixz6934It's not necessarily at all. It might seem easy cleaning cars but to do it properly takes time and effort. Especially when you're charging people hundreds of pounds for your services.
I worked for Audi/VW and Ford as a professional valeter before training to spray paint cars so I have half a clue what I'm talking about.
I didn't even see a polisher in his equipment. How's he going to cut and polish?
I'm not ripping on the kid. I respect his enthusiasm. I'm just saying it's not as easy as it seems, unless he plans to just offer car washes for £10-15 I'd try to learn more before starting a business detailing cars.
I hope he is successful though.

@@paulfletcher3998a pre wash is absolutely necessary if you want to do the job properly and as safely as possible. The more dirt you can get off the car without touching it, the better.
I’ve been called in to a few big dealerships (including VW) to fix problems that their in-house valeters have caused by using incorrect washing techniques.
Not bashing you at all, but a pre wash, whether that’s Snowfoam or a citrus prewash is an absolute must if you want to be a professional detailer and get the big clients.
Definitely needs 3 buckets though, 2 won’t cut it, needs a dedicated wheel bucket.
Might not have taken the polisher because he knew he wasn’t polishing it, the space in that Caddy looks minimal.

@@charliehayter6992 I'll take your word about the snow foam. Personally I've never used it and never had a problem. It's been 20+ years since I cleaned cars for a living. I imagine things have moved on slightly.
A agree with the extra bucket just for the wheels. Very sensible.
Please don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking this kid. I really do admire his give it a go spirit.
I think he'd benefit from buying a Haynes manual thought.
