Hey it's cool to use but I can't separate the audio from the desktop audio in OBS, I have to leave the desktop audio on so users can hear the alerts in the stream as well, otherwise they only see the visuals. Even when I control the audio via OBS, the pointer deflects from the audio bar. Do I have to change something in the OBS settings or what can be the reason that I cannot adjust the audio separately? :(

Nothings working the way it should. I'm stuck on the screen of buttons and the effects are not showing up on my obs after installing correctly. it just plays my old username and a play button on obs and teh interact is a blank screen this is so consufing

Hey streamer, you can't connect the normal alerts with effects from the extension, but we added this to our list of ideas!
I use this feature for a few months and it worked great. But since today there is a error called "Connectin to socket server". I didnt change anything.... Can somebody help me? :(

It works in Stream labs but NOT on absolutely ANY game whatsoever windowed or not even games where its listed as useable. All Alerts ONLY show up on streamlabs

i dont get the "add to rewards" tab i only have the Bits one I actually and maybe never have a usage for..... how can I get the Rewards tab?!

OK so I have a problem and I just need an answer. I’m trying to switch over to OBS I used to stream on twitch studio. I started using these when I use twitch studio now I’m using Obs and the sound will not work. I can’t switch over I don’t know how to.

visual effect not working Browsersource
Can someone please explain the difference between making this extension a component or a panel?
Hey streamer, the difference is that a component is displayed only when live and on top of your streamd on the right sode, while a panel is below your stream and always visible even when offline. Due to an ongoing bug we ask to use the Panel option for now.

Hey streamer, you have to be Twitch Affiliate to unlock rewards such as redeems for bits or channel points.
I dont have the rewards tab only thr extention one

Hey there! Are you a Twitch Affiliate? If you're having trouble setting up Bits in the Visuals & Sound Alerts extension despite being a Twitch Affiliate, please contact support: help.own3d.tv/hc/en-us/requests/new
If you're not yet a Twitch Affiliate, you won't be able to configure Bits or set it as a reward. This features are only available to Twitch Affiliates.

Hey streamer, open up the extension configuration at OWN3D.pro and at the top hover over "Settings" and at the bottom of the dropdown you click on "Browser sources & App", there you will find your two links for the Visuals & Sounds extension.
Its honestly frustrating that this doesnt work as easily as it used to, browser source doesnt work and I don't use my display capture and the sound doesnt play through OBS, I have had viewers waste their bits or rewards on something that doesnt work, luckily i have tangia to pick up where own3d is not working
