The dimension stack is an interesting idea since it connects the thought that the different dimensions are actually the same world but at different levels
Only issue with it is that the nether is supposed to be 8x smaller than the overworld. So you can only really convert 0,0 before it starts drifting apart
Here is a cool tip you can do, first create a portal that is flat either using the portal helper or the wand from the mod, then create a portal that is not flat and that is facing up and down, then light the portal and then align yourself so that what you see through the flat portal is upside down and then when you fall through the flat portal after you stop flying, you should see your camera flip almost like a flip. I love this and I think you’ll like it too. Sorry for the errors.

It's kinda amazing. So like, you build one portal in the wall, and another in the floor, set them to change gravity, and BOOM! You can now walk through the portal and up the wall. Just be careful not to fall into the sky.
Those two portals created near the beginning make me think of those sci-fi mirror camouflage armors that diffuse light in order to make something look invisible by showing the opposite side of it as accurately as possible

You forgot that you can activate a setting in the World Layers screen to make the bottom and top of the stack loop to each other - so if you tunnel down through the Nether, you can reach the End from above, and then fall from there into the Overworld, where you can tunnel to the Nether... You should do a Build Battle featuring the Immersive Portals mod, but you don't tell the other person it's there (they can use it if they figure it out, but you don't tell them it's gonna happen)
when i was younger i played mc bedrock and i saw the immersive portal thing and didnt know it is a mod so i actually tried to lit some goass blocks in fire and it didn't work, years later i saw the scale command, tried it but didn't work either
That stacking thing, what happens if you put multiples of a world? Can you make it so that you down into the end, and then down into the overworld again?
Wait important question if you did dimension stacking with the nether does it still do the thing where 1 block in the nether is 8 blocks in the over world?

the dimension stack "loop" option makes it a loop so you can fall forever through the same dimensions

You can make an entity scale without a mod command : /attribute generic.scale base set Player/Entity 0.1
