Yes. However sometimes we need a little bit skin care. I have always been eating healthy since all my family members are very health-conscious. I'm also very physically active. Skincare never appealed me. However, although I had good skin all the time, I suddenly started getting lots of acnes and no matter what I did I couldn't get rid of them. Then I came to know that the skin can absorb pollutants and it's impossible for food to eliminate them and clean them off. And acnes are something most young people are troubled with at some parts of their lives. However, extremely long skin care routines do seem very pointless.

I actually do sheet mask daily in the past too. But all stop due to covid.
But i never use toner before serum because my face can never drink the serum in each sheet mask. I scare toner will reduce my serum intake.
After remove the sheet mask, i wipe my arms and leg with the left over sheet mask.
