I've upgraded my headlights too with 2.5 inch bi xenon projector, but unfortunately, when I turn in high beam, the bulbs automatically turns off. Any advices?
I've installed after market projectors kit without instructions, I've just found a topic in the Navara forum with scheme how to modify the car from single to dual beam. I'll test this days.

07:17 I feel like this washer is actually an adapter plate for H4 headlights. It fits in the hole for H4 bulb.
Normally yes. However the d40 is a offset globe and as a result doesn't sit horizontal. Which is why it needed to be shaved and redone

There is a completed kit available I think. I've jumped into a r51 now myself too. And regret not pulling these off thr ute before letting it go
