Hey Grego, the box said it has apple in it, which in my recipe book is what you put in a Curry sausages or mince. Some sweetness in a curry makes it taste nice... 😋 👌
I Don't mind the apple. If you're making your own, add some fruit chutney. It's delicious.

10 mins in microwave does the trick. I am a curried snag conissuer. Coles curried sausages beat Woolies and Aldi and local butchers. Absolute winner.

By now you should know to steer clear of pre prepped meals lol, make your own in bulk and freeze. Way better and just as convenient in the long run.

Bloody hell Australia!!! What's all this curried sausage business??? In the UK we have sausage casserole, sausage and gravy and most chip shops have curry, which I suppose you could dump over a chip shop sausage. But this cooking sausages in a curry sauce is unknown. Just Googled it and there's loads of recipes. Going to try one this weekend.
We don't have fish shops like we used to in Australia any more, and not lucky enough to have curry like you guys either, although some good Indian restaurants here and there.
I think that's the most rank thing I've seen Grego eat. Of all the things you could put in a curry... WTF?

I love curried snags and would be tempted to try this. I actually pulled some snags out of the freezer this morning to make curried snags for tea tonight. Then I saw this and though, darn it, should have just gone to Coles! Oh well, too late now!
Question (for anyone), when you make home made curried snags, do you make the sauce with water or milk? We grew up with it made on milk, but these days I think I prefer it made with water.

@ShaloinMonk2681 my mum made a white sauce from butter, flour, salt and milk, and added curry powder. These days I prefer using water instead of milk, although I do still enjoy the way my mum makes it.
