Greg these products of late are all over priced crap we don't wanna buy anyway. Aldi does a pesto chicken in the tray with clear wrap so you can see all the fresh ingredients, huge chunks of real chicken , it's delicious , fresh only $10,⁹⁹ and it's 1.1 kilo....come on , there's better bargains

@michaelscarport No it is 6.8 sugar not carbs, it is carbs carbs carbs not fibre Edit: you spell it fiber so I can safely assume you are north American where your grades are different, we break it up to carbs, fibre, and sugars
Sauce 62% which includes 54% chicken and veg 36% so the remaining 10% would be paste and Soy Sauce etc.. now 62% plus the rice 28%=90% of the meal, Add the 8% broccoli so 98% and we are missing 2% which is a mystery.
Thanks to Greg Reviews i am saving money not buying the average tasting frozo meals. Keep up the great reviews Greg!
