The melee regen just isn't fast. That is why every prismatic build is consecration. I like ability builds but I kinda want to go back to actually shooting weapons in PvE.
Crazy thing about this is YOU can actually play how you want. If you want to shoot your weapons go do that nobody is stopping you lol. I find it a bit weird you're here complaining like someone is forcing you to play these builds.
@JahjuanR I'm not really complaining just kinda tired of ability spam builds being more optimal than using weapons. And yeah sure I could just shoot instead of using abilities but why would I play less optimally?

There's builds out there that revolve around shooting your weapon aka Increased DMG rift Warlock build which is getting kills with your weapon to keep the rift up and its very good. That's why I said you're complaining because there's answers you just don't like those answers lol.

Because if they Nerf abilities down because they want you to use weapons then that is going to take away from someone else's experience where they really like using abilities over weapons It just goes to show that a lot of primary ammo weapons still need a lot of damage buffs, and a lot of underperforming abilities, like shield throw needs to have a faster regen and do more damage
@@x9x9x9x9x9 I’d argue that the regen is pretty fast, it’s just that people are so conditioned to having 3 melees and spamming consecration effortlessly that it makes things seem slow via power creep
I also made a build that doesn't focus on consecration spam that i enjoy with inmost and armamentarium, i use the arc grenade with balance and the facet that gives jolt to the grenade. Pair it with buried bloodline for devour and some grenade regen focused mods and other weapons. Been having a blast with it.
Almost the same except I use Monte Carlo + Wilderflight (double blinding GL with autoloading and vorpal is great for quick weaken). Heavy is whatever I want usually a heavy GL. Also I run Diamond Lance instead of consecration for more ad clear + the debuff before I do the Tcrash Curiass swap.
I remember grinding for every S16-19 seasonal crafted weapons right before lightfall dropped, and that's the only gun I didn't unlock... I'm stuck at 4/5 crafted lol
I would love to use shield throw more, but it needs to do more damage, and it's tracking needs to be way way better. Because half of the time it doesn't even connect with the target you're throwing at. The problem with prism Titan, is there isn't any synergy with other aspects. That's why knockout and consecration are used together because they actually synergize with each other. Unbreakable doesn't synergize with Drengers Lash, diamond Lance is okay, but really doesn't synergize with anything else. Drengers lash just suspends targets and suspending targets isn't that good in today's sandbox. Unbreakable needs to do more damage, and give you more void overshield, DL needs to be Abeyant Leap at base, and cause suspended targets to take more damage. So I'm of the camp that KO and consecration are great, but the other aspects need to be brought up
Perfect paradox shotgun can roll with pugilist for melee gains and one two punch to boost your shield throw. Its intrinsic perk will load ammo from reserve to mag when you hit with melee for a nice loop. Say you hit 5 enemies with that shield throw when you’re empty, you just loaded 5 shells Instantly. You can also put on anti-barrier shotty or just be radiant with shield throw to make your shotty anti-barrier. It’s what I use but on my doomfang pauldron build. I also use builds like void saint 14 cause I don’t give a shit about the meta. But then I find ppl hunkering down in my bubbles when they’re getting overran and I’ll yell at them to get the F out my bubble 😂 It’s non meta right? Look at you using my shit
I’m hunter main all the time Still enjoy titan but it kind irony and sad that threaded spike does the captain America fantasy more than shield throw except ricocheting from walls not to mention the regan melee fast and it does more damage This is why the shield throw is utterly worthless. I used it in momentum control with spirit of contact so it least it will kill but no it didn’t reach the red health ,the threaded spike probably kills in momentum control
@ For certain, no argument there. You also run the same issue with high end content. I may prefer Thunderclap to Shield Throw, but it’s still a distant second to Consecration
@@perilloux33 it’s almost like that’s what Destiny end game content is. Hordes of enemies. Consecration titan sucks w/ single target patrol dregs because you get no energy from it, guess that means consecration must be terrible lol
@SneakyBeaver well, it's easier to edit clips of gameplay to promote the build and get clicks for UA-cam than it is to actually not have teammates killing those ads needed to proc abilities.
If you have the exotic class item you can make it artifice once masterworked. Thats the only piece you want artifice on. The rest doesnt matter. Just focus High stat armor at vendors. I have good stats with those armor pieces.
I ended up making some last minute changes. Added blessing instead of dawn for added regen

This is why the shield throw is utterly worthless.

I have that one in my saved builds, but you lose your melee too much when running with others, and then there’s not much there.

I didn't have a class item with contact, I focus it on the ghost, I went to Xur to get a class item and get exactly the roll you're using 😂
