This one was the second of the three Journey to Atlantis locations to open with the other ones being at SeaWorld Orlando and SeaWorld San Antonio

This version lacks the large interior scenes that the Orlando version includes; but makes up for it with the addition of a much larger roller coaster ride. Also, the boats on this version have individual lap-bars.
Since this video they have since redesigned the exterior and retracked this ride on May 24, 2019 according to "Word Press.com."

Awwww I loved those dolphins. 😭 they added an air of mystery to the ride.
When I went to seaworld
I didn't wanna get on! My sisters made me! Then we were going up "I am not ready for the first drop" we all said! Then the first drop is right away "OMG ALL READY AHHHHHHHHHHHHH" we all shouted! "OMG thank god it's over! But we were In the elevator! We were like"I DONT FEEL SAFE! "
Then the doors opened! OMG! Another drop why did we listen to selena(my sister) I didn't know there was two drops!

The beginning is like Splash Mountain, the elevator is like Rise of the Resistance (in the escape pods part) and the roller coaster part is like Big Thunder Mountain.

I was crying in line. Cried when we got on the boat, and cried throughout majority of the ride ;-; I could probably ride it now, as I was 7 when I first rode, and am now 15. I have ridden "Thunderbolt" at Coney island, so this shouldn't be too bad.
I almost pooped in my pants while riding this
This is not the same as The Floridan Sea world ,there is a sunken ship,temple,soren,coral,sea animals,and you go thru a hole

I rode this when I was 8 and had zero clue that it was an actual roller coaster I thought it did the little water drop then ended, boy was I surprised at the back of that thing
The one in San Antonio, TX is missing the whole tunnel...

I remember this being the only thing that I liked about Seaworld when I was little, but now I am just beginning to realize how cool the animals are
I was on it and it was cool I was sacred but I went on it
The only time I've ever been to SeaWorld and it was the day before it opened.

I love this ride! I went on it 4 times in a day in SeaWorld San Diego. You have to go on this if you go there. Tip: Don't sit in the first row (unless you want to get really wet), I sat in it on my first time and I was completely soaked, even while wearing a raincoat! 😂 There are actually driers you can use to dry yourself, but those cost $6.00.
I was wet af. I had raincoat-things, but didn't put them on because my friend said it would "not even get an inch of water on me." 😂😂
Also third row is my favorite row. I sit in the third row for any rollercoaster of any sort.

I've been on that ride and it's very fun. San Diego is the best one though
For me the orlando one is better but the san Antonio one is the worst for me
I remember this being so fun as a kid. Every time we went to the park this was my favorite thing to do.
Now as an adult it's just a matter of nostalgia. I miss being a kid but also like hell would I ever want to be one again. I feel old lol

I went on this ride when I was 10 years old and I remember that the first drop didn’t make my stomach feel weird , but when the 2nd drop came I screamed my heart out , it’s quite funny to think about now !

I went on a ride like this it was called pompeii at bush gardens and its so scary when you go on but its fun when you get splashed but also annoying
I went on this when I was 6 because my cousins told me it wasn't scary it was for little kids... YEA RIGHT I almost *DIED*
first time I went on that I was 8 and I was so scared to my little tiny brain death😂now im 11 and went on it... when u go up its now faster and it feels like I'm going straight up, I screamed when we came out of that elevated thing "I DONT REMEMBER IT BEING THIS SCAREY" And I was crying, my younger self is braver 😂😂

Have you ever gone inside the dome at the entrance and looked up and felt so sacred that it feels like you're going to drift into space also the inside felt creepy with how dark it was and the walls looked ancient or something also when you go inside the tunnel and the proyection scares you (it does not work anymore) also when in line you hear dialogue which just adds to the lore of this ride.
I went on this ride last year and after the first drop I thought that was it.... BUT IT WASN’T... The rest I closed my eyes on so I want to see the whole thing in it’s own view without closing my eyes xD

I remember this when we went on vacation, I was with a really nice family and had a chat on the way up and before it dropped on the way down the picture of my face was hilarious everybody else was happy with their arms up and I was clutching the bar sooooo hard. Good memories

Yes I finally found this ride! When I was really little I loved it, except the elevator lol. The roller coaster part was fine but the elevator TERRIFIED child me

Yeah no thx. I'm glad it was closed when I went last week or else I would have been forced to go on.I'm fine with splash mountain, been on it about a hundred times, and Jurassic park but this, nuh uh. I don't like heights.
Fun fact: This has smaller drops than Jurassic Park
@@r4ls3i60 Yeah I just don't like being able to see everything when you're actually up there. Jurassic park is at least covered so I don't see how high up I am and same with splash mountain.

I just rode this today, and I LOVE it! I rode this all day bcuz i was too scared to ride Manta 😬. The steel drop/turn part is really intense and I love it!
I went for the first time last month, and manta was pretty easy. They got 2 new rides, the electric eel, and the emperor. They were both really fun and much more thrilling than manta
