Very good detail. It also helps to have a smaller foot because if you have a large foot and extend it you will scrape the ground

thanks bro i think this is really going to help, I have been struggling with my foot wrapping around the ball but every time i try to open it up i end up using all groin and get no power, gonna try these drills and I'm feeling optimistic there going to work!

Great information my son has the issue of clean contact not turning over end over end. Thought it was because his kicking leg is going across the ball

Almost all ball flight issues happen at contact as opposed to after. It can play a factor if he sweeps across but ultimately, he will benefit most from paying attention to "at contact" habits.
