Lineman here I can kick well just when i get back into the motion n we losin our back up kicker so just gon be back up kicker while on line for senior year only issue is this getting the ball up since i have the power n length just not the height.
I’m a new kicker/punter (today was my second time) and I had trouble getting it off the ground or getting it straight. Your tutorials have helped me a ton I made my first field goal with your strategy. Thank you!!
Hey, my senior year just ended for football, I played receiver. It hurt so much to turn in the pads after the last game, and I have no chance of doing that in college. I just picked up kicking after the season to walk on d2 or d3, and I've gotten to about 35 yards, your videos are gonna help so much. I love this game and kicking is gonna be my ticket to play one more time.
@@malachichanthasena8002 well I made the 35 in my first ever kicking session, buy yourself a net and work on the technique, then see how far you can kick.

Kaden you are very helpful I have been watching you for so long lol I have about 4 months kicking expirence so im new lol but I have a question. When I kick I don’t normally fallow through witch affects my kicking a lot when I try to it doesn’t feel natural so do you have any tips on how to make it feel more natural🙂
I struggle with putting it all together, I can do one certain thing at a time but when i put them all together is a lot to go through in my head and i mess up things.
That’s okay man. That’s totally normal. What I would recommend is starting by focusing on one thing at a time. Then once you get better at that, pick another thing to focus on. Kicking is like building a puzzle, you have to just keep putting one piece together at a time.
Nerves are completely normal to have, so just be confident in your kicking and trust your training. The coaches made you the starter for a reason which means they are confident in you. So just go kick and have fun!
Everyone is different. It’s not about distance at that age. Focus on technique and you will be a better kicker. Then as you get older you will get a lot of distance because you have built a great technique and you will get bigger and stronger.
If your not getting good rotation it’s most likely because your not pointing your toes when you make contact. Make sure to point your toes down. Height just comes with technique and leg speed
As a kicker/punter in high school, this helped a lot. Thank you. Ive been mainly punting but the kicking option is there if they need me.

I’m a sophomore and made a 35 yard field goal is that good? Idk if I should give up or keep on trying and practicing

35 is not good. You’ll have to be hitting 50 and be accurate to walk on for a college team

When I kick I feel like I don’t have power because when I kick with my toe straight on it goes twice as far.
It’s just about technique. Focus on having great technique now and the distance will follow.

You might just need different steps. You have to find what works for you on your steps
