I'm glad you're not because lifting a two-wheel drive truck it's like putting 44 is on a Ugo
I have a saying for that old muscles work smart young muscles work hard
And wind up in ditches 31:40
I love to see such a good relationship between brothers. They're also killing it with the fab work. This kind of stuff isn't easy but they go through it like it's a walk in the park.
Great to see Kaulin’s 1963 C10 back in the shop. Great progress! Look forward to the finished build.
Your humility and hard work make your channel stand out. Well done.
All of Matt’s kids are well spoken and do well in front of the camera.
Rudy, this is one of your best Videos yet! Great to see Kaulin back to his old self and being productive in your Shop. Your vision for fabrication is way beyond your age, You are amazingly talented. Zack is in a good place to learn so much from you both..
I know your Parents are very proud of you both, not only for your skills but for your Awesome Relationship as well. Calling out Zack about
‘hands in his pockets” was classic
My Dad comment for Sure.
You guys make a great team..
Looking foreward to your next one.
Be Safe in the Shop, Guys.,
MWP Cosby Tn.
Between Rudy's channel and his dad's watching the confidence levels of Kaulin and Rett in the last year growing is impressive be proud young men 👏 😊
Rudy and Kaulin together make an awesome fabrication team. They are unstoppable pros.
Rudy understood the assignment of a big brother!! 👏👏👏
Good to see y'all getting back on this build.
Great to see Kaylin with Rudy .. Zak is really coming along.. he fits the show
Its great to see capable brothers working so well together plus Zack who is a very conscientious worker. You better keep him Rudy. Thanks for the video.
Seeing two brothers working together and Rudy promoting the strengths of his younger brother is truly a testament to good parenting, good job Matt and Jamie, be proud of your boys!!! 🙏🏻
Kaulin's truck is really coming along.
Zack is a GREAT addition to the shop and the channel.
Zach is that one friend we’ve all had stoic and when he does pop off it’s usually funny
PB BLASTER, Guys.. Good Stuff!!
For those bolts that Hurt!!
Agreed, my GO-TO for bolts that hurt!!!
Really loving the build. You 3 need to work together more often. Pretty funny.
great to see the dream truck again,,, going to be a sweet ride... love the color...
I like these builds, This and the high-boy, taking old junk and making something really fun and functional with character.
That C-10 rear suspension is what NASCAR used for DECADES!!!
That's why they called them TRUCK arms.
Great job everyone and it is good to see Rudy his brothers work together again, and yes I know he has more brothers than Kaulin..
Shout out to Zach for being part of the 63 C10 team!
Love to see brothers working together, reminds me of my brother's working together.
The atmosphere in that garage that comes through the camera is really great, I wish I was there helping, Rudy is the most helpful & kindest older brother to Kaulin, comments about Rhett and all the youngsters is also true, just a great bunch of people, if a little corny at times.
Nice to se Kaulins truck being worked on again.
Good Sunday morning to everyone 😀 Appreciate the video and the wrenching 🔧🛠️🪛🔨 Just a shared thought Jesus Christ in your heart is the answer ✝️🙏
That was nice to see how one can use the large drafting table under their feet to illustrate the correct degree of the angle you are looking for without calculating!
its good seeing the brothers together working on stuff
we ran watts links on our superlate models out at the LVMS Bullring and dominated the class for 15+ yrs...easy to work with and highly adjustable
Kaulin is getting a life time of knowledge at a young age working with his dad and brother and people like Tom Tom
Love seeing a chop, not an off road build. Loving this build.😊😊😊
Rudy has some of the best builds going on UA-cam!
So happy to see you back on Kaulin’s truck. Going to enjoy this build. Your talents are awesome Rudy.
It's getting better now, been waiting for this build. You're a good big brother Rudy. Great smile on Kaulin's face.
The Redhead Brothers Garage.
Been wondering about this build, glad it’s back in the forefront, your brother’s welding is looking pretty good.
Love Utah!
Every time they walk out in the yard there is something new and cool out there. R53 Mini, The old W123 Benz, whatever that tracked thing is. So fun.
You two brothers are always very enjoyable to watch work together!
Super sneaky option for a rear end on that truck is an Isuzu Trooper axle from the mid-90s forward. Even better if its from 98+ because they are big, chonky beasts, have disc brakes and the 6-lug pattern you need. Plus, they're a few inches narrower than the GM axle, which means you can fit any number of wheel and tire combos. And if you find one with the G80 axle code, it's a limited slip model. Also likely has gearing in the 4's.
Not much left for me to say that every one else hasn't said. So all I can say is Great Job guys.
But since I loved math and geometry I could easily explain angles with some visual aids if I was there in person. But the way Rudy did it always works and you DON'T always need all the fancy geometry terms.
Yes! Been waiting to see more work on this truck! Standing by for the next episode!
"This bolt is hurting, it needs a therapist. He seems hung up on something." 🤣
The original 60's rear suspension works great with air bags
Kroil Penetrating Oil is the best for "hurting" bolts. Fabrats uses Kroil all the time!
It's nice to see how these brothers get along. Always enjoy watching..
Great to see you guys working together and helping one another out on a fantastic project! My closest brother and I don't even talk anymore; he bullied me my entire life and lied at every turn to get me in trouble when we were young. My parents ALWAYS took his side so it bread even more contempt for him..
I loved the "garage floor assisted design". That was awesome. Not everything needs a computer and a plasma table.
Looking forward too this build for Kaulin. Great having brothers, Friends and other family too help out.
I believe alot of youtubers are moving too insta360 camera rather than go pro.
Purdy....RAD...
Backyard Old School ...
Working With What You Have...
And Making it Happen
Nice brother compliments. My boys don’t do that. They get along but sarcasm runs deep.
I'm excited to see the finished product. This is looking awesome!
This truck just got a lot cooler !!
Now Rudy you are becoming your father at this rate you will need a multi floor yard to put all them chevy jeep and corvair parts getter done awesome to see from that teenage boy to a really good fabricator I've watched since your father's first video with Ed running up that dirt road
I used to have a 63 chevy pick up too, the only difference was, mine had a large window in the back which got broken, and had an add on power steering, with a 283 4 speed, I wish that I still had it.
Great fab on that frame...good to see Caulin with Rudy.
I wonder if Kaulin was remembering Rudy’s lesson about dividing angles when Matt was cutting the angles for the headache rack on the Spud Truck and they didn’t match up and had a big gap.
Nice Rudy, helping bro with nice truck.
Nice work fellas. I can't wait to see this thing run!
I love the contrast of brand new alloy wheels in the arch of an old C10
Glad you are back on the C10! Can't wait for more content/progress on this one!
Nice looking work guys. Not the direction I would have gone. For me it's just too low. But it's not for me so if Kaulin is getting what he want's that's what is important.
Nice Fab on the rear end guys .
Looking at the condition of the front end and Chassis,I remember when you drove it home .
GOOD JOB BOYZ!
Love to see the build coming along and that I'm not the only one that sets targets forgetting things always take longer when making custom things 😅. Also would love to see this parked next to Vice Grip Garages wife's truck called long mire once it's finished 😊
I would have put a couple of long slots into those Fish Plates and plug welded the centres.
Can't wait fir the end of this truck build just to see Lil Brothers expression when it's finally finished
Looks awesome. You are turning into quite a craftsman. Cannot wait until the next video.
Glad to see this build finally happen
Was just wondering about this truck, glad to see back in the shop 👍
The A team . Awesome can't wait to see More
That's going to be a sweet ride hope Colin appreciates all the work your putting in to it
Watts link can have an adjustable roll center height, if you use a vertical slotted pivot mount attached to the chassis instead of just putting it in the diff cover.
I looked into that quite a bit for this project, and if I was racing more, I probably would consider it but for this project, we’re just gonna mount it to the axle
Awesome to see you back on the truck. Also fun seeing a low rider being built.
So glad y'all are back on the C10. I was hoping it would be coming........Also good to see y'all working together. Can' wait to see the progress
I think he was referring to PB Blaster! Good to see this truck finally getting some attention!
Rudy you are so a young version of your dad with your thinking.
Good work fellas. Try running SMAW on your overhead, no nozzle problems like GMAW
Love to see you all continue to learn & not afraid to tackle these project. Kaulin has come a long way in couple years, give yourself more credit😁
I have been looking forward to seeing the truck getting some attention.Thats a good idea with Factor,I have seen so much wasted time going to lunch.Quick lunch right back at it,you dont have time to waste.
Get ( Free All ) for rusty stuck nuts and bolts . It's the best out there .
👀 that tracked thing in the background has my full attention. Truck looks great too
I was wondering when you were going to finish Kaulin's truck! Looks good on the things you have done so far.
You guys work together very well. Should be a great build.
Great progress Rudy. You are a wonderful brother.
Rudy and Kaulin, please don't repaint it. I love that Norge refrigerator blue! (Ask your dad...)
I had an old (AMC) Jeep with the same air cond system, altho much larger - from pedals to seat and fender to tranny hump! Would put plywood down over it in winter, covered it with some carpet.
I'm so excited to watch Robby sand away at that truck!
Rear end is too long .... shorten & tub. Good to see the '63 finally getting some love. 👍
Oh gosh! I've always wanted to redo the woodwork on a pickup bed like that! You know pick a cool type of word that doesn't weather bad and plug all the holes with dowels I just make it look beautiful. I've been to so many car shows and rarely do I see really nicely done wooden beds and pickups. Sure they're nice but I grew up restoring Chris Craft motorboats that were made out of mahogany wood top to bottom.
How pleasant it is when brothers dwell together in unity!
I have a 63 C20 all original frame and suspension. It rides better than just about any luxury car I ever rode in so I will be keeping that.😂🤣😂
Pot holes and speed bumps you don’t hardly notice.
Kaulin is really good in front of the camera! Really enjoying the build.
The brother build... It's going to be a cool truck
If i had an older brother, id want one like Rudy.
Hope y’all put some drag plaits on the back, I’d love to see some sparks flying ‼️🫡🏴☠️
"Aint Got No Gas In It"! Good Video Guys!
Kaulin must be beaming. Learning by doing.
U guys it's ACTUALLY coming to life !!!!!!
This is what Dr von Frankenstein must have felt like😂😅 !!!
Great job dudes 😅😅
"Spritzer stuff for bolts that are hurting ".... " it finally let it go"....thats the best thing I've heard I a long while....lol...
I'm working on my 1964 Chevy Truck that I just put on a 1997 Yukon 4x4 n it looks great n I just Cut n slipped it on n I only spent $50 so far on Cutting Disc n SawZall Blades n it's Tacked together for now n ready to be welded , But I have other Projects to work on too like my 1969 Baja Bug n 1975 Ford F250 ext Cab TRUCK
A couple of minutes after Colin tells us why it’s a bad idea to weld vertically across a frame rail….(35:56). 😂
Guys, the solution to that rear axle / wheel problem is to use a pre-'99 rear axle.
