What I like about your recipes, is that they are easy to prepare, dont require 100 different ingredients or stuff that is very rare and that you will maybe use only once and that most often, they are healthy. We made these fritters alongside thawed sea bass fillets, pan fried over medium heat about 3 minutes skin-side down (to crisp the skin), then flipped for about 1 minute. I used San Miguel lager in the batter. A very tasty dish, and not heavy. Scampi would also accompany nicely.
I have a fridge full of veggies that need using, so in addition to soup, these will also be made. I love your fritter recipes and often make them in double quantities as they are great for lunchboxes and for reheating in the air fryer for a quick lunch or after school snack. I have some homemade tomato sauce that will accompany them perfectly. Thank you!
Also, I made your Italian dressing, the one oil, vinegar and herbs. I added 2 extra cloves of garlic & about a tablespoon and a half of honey. Delicious o!!🥰
