Amazing as always. ❤ I want to remind everyone here to pray for Spain and the Spanish people. May the Lord comfort all the victim's families of the recent tragedies. May God comfort and bless this nation as we come together to mourn and honor the lives lost in the natural disaster. ✝🙏
@SpainonaFork , I think I am going to host my next dinner party with ALL Spain on a Fork tapas! Thank you for your creative, health, recipies! I know Spain is still spinning from the aftermath of the floods. My heart goes out to your people and those areas affected.
Hola, ¡me encantan tus recetas españolas! Cuando necesito ideas, miro tu lista de reproducción. Ya he cocinado muchas de tus recetas. ¡Son tan sencillas y deliciosas! 😚🇨🇭👋
Always simple and cultural. Thank you. A drop or two of my homemade habanero sauce in fritter batter accents the paprika. Yes prayers for all those who are suffering from flooding. Mother Nature is a tough lady.
Albert: Delicious. This one is certainly a _WILL-_*_try._* I like ALL of your fritter recipes. Thanks again. (Fan from San Francisco, California). *!!~
I save all his recipes. I’ve made very few of them even though they all look so delicious. I think I will do a meal with these fritters, fried potatoes, and fish. I like the way he delivers the recipes.
Oh I know these fritters will taste great because beer was used(and no not because of the alcohol😉😁 the alcohol cooks away)But whenever beer is an added ingredient to any flour batter to make bread, biscuits, a batter for fried chicken or fried fish, fried okra, hush puppies these batter cooked foods always have a richer flavor! I'm from the southeast in the US and beer is used alot in flour batters for foods like this! If anybody's ever tried beer bread with beer added to the flour or beer used in place of water to make the batter then what you have is a super moist, rich and flavorful bread or biscuits! Beer is a special ingredient to enhance any flour batter foods😊
Oh this looks lovely, thank you for sharing. I hope you and loved ones are safe overthere in Spain because of the DANA weather tragedy in the Valencia providence and now Barcelona. 🫶🙏🇳🇱
You are right there. Cheese is highly addictive. It contains a substance which makes the brain feel like how morphine does. Thats why those whom consume pizzas are addicted to them.
This channel is the reason why I love Mondays.
Much love :)

Há ! Belgian beer , can't go wrong !
Are you from Belgium?
@PomazeBog1389 yess ....
Surprising as there are quite a few decent Spanish lagers. That said, I don’t mind a bit of Stella myself (despite its reputation here in the UK!)
I'm getting manchego cheese today
Sounds great! Much love :)
This would be delicious with aioli have you ever tried bunuelos con queso manchego also?
Yum!
Much love :)

What’s a good alternate to manchego cheese?
The only question is, do I go get a bottle of beer just for this, or get club soda instead? Decisions, decisions.... :D
GET THE BEER!!!

Tortillitas de Queso Aged Provolone....

Trying to watch the carbs could you sub in almond flour?
Absolutely! Much love :)
Stella Artois??? NOT Estrella Damm, Cruzcampo or San Miguel? I’m shocked and appalled! 😂
lol...love them all , this is what I had on hand :) Much love!
Only problem is I’d eat the whole plate
lol...Much love :)
You are right there. Cheese is highly addictive. It contains a substance which makes the brain feel like how morphine does. Thats why those whom consume pizzas are addicted to them.
Albert, Manchego cheese is very expensive here in the States. I'll try to use another type of cheese instead.
@@montesierra717 cheddar or Gruyére will do fine
still only one L in AIOLI
Some of these videos are appearing as though they're 'repeats'.
I love your recipes! The only thing that makes me cringe a little bit is the loud chewing when you do the taste test at the end of the video 🫣
Great Way to start the week another amazing recipe !
Much love :)
Lovely food, just a little surprised that the aioli dip is placed in an old cigarette ash tray.
Seriously 90% of what you are showing is the same thing rinced and repeated with one ingredient being the only dif.
Yes, most fritters are same basic ingredients like egg, beer, flour, and cheese, but every recipe is unique!
