    Mine is outside and has been doing well all summer, I'm in south TX. Now the leaves are turning yellow. Is it because the temperatures have dropped or is the tree sick?

      Yellowing can also occur when they are pot bound or over/under watered. Older leaves can yellow and drop also when they are adjusting to new growing conditions but cold temps alone usually won't cause the leaves to yellow unless it is colder than it can tolerate. They don't love cold temps.

    Is it true that it blooms year-round?

      That has not been my experience. I did get a couple of flowers this Summer but they did not last long.

      Yes.. blooming year around..i have them.. also it's very fragrant flowers...I live in Borneo
