- 煎豬扒時鎖住肉汁係重中之重,煎到塊豬扒外面金黃香口,咬落Juicy,就為之very good!今次同大家分享我多年嘅煎豬扒獨門祕技,大家跟住做就一定無甩拖,簡單做到100分嘅好味豬扒,加埋茄汁同洋蔥,酸甜又惹味,諗起都開胃呀。
材料:
豬扒 2塊
洋蔥 1個
薑 幾片
蒜頭 幾瓣
醃料:
鹽 半茶匙
生粉 1茶匙
糖 半茶匙
黑椒 1茶匙
麻油 1茶匙
水 20ml
醬汁:
鹽 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
生粉 1湯匙
胡椒 少許
水 30ml
喼汁 1茶匙
豉油 1茶匙
茄汁 2湯匙
烹調時用:
油 適量
米酒 適量
鹽 適量
糖 適量

Ginger a few pieces
Garlic a few pieces
Marinade:
Salt 1/2 tea spoon
Starch 1 tea spoon
Sugar 1/2 tea spoon
Black pepper 1 tea spoon
Sesame oil 1 tea spoon
Water 20ml
Sauce:
Salt 1 tea spoon
Sugar 1 tea spoon
Starch 1 table spoon
Pepper A little
Water 30ml
Worcestershire sauce 1 tea spoon
Soy sauce 1 tea spoon
Ketchup 2 table spoon
While cooking:
