If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

Thank You, Doctor Snipes 🌹 for helping me process my emotions and understand my flaws. Chemistry and hormonal balance balance is so much key in mental health. It takes patience and work

It takes me off when people are seriously overly optimistic it's like they can't accept reality of what has already happened or is happening and they can fix it. And on the opposite spectrum people that are super negative and can't find a solution to anything drives me crazy too.
    This is great class!
    Thanks for sharing!

Thank you Dr Snipes for your wisdom and for the kindness that you show in your videos.
My attitude is usually in a flight or flight mode. I am usually angry, even for no known reason. Sometimes, I get so angry that I just what to run away.
Thank you for explaining what a hearty attitude is and how to accomplish such an attitude. Writing gratitude lists is an exercise that has been suggested to me and it does help. Another thing that does help is taking baby steps in problem solving. I find that the best way for me to problem solve is best done in a problem solving chart.
Again, thank you Dr Snipes for your inspiring wisdom.

Thank you for confirming my thought that being overly optimistic can be toxic. One of my parents was usually overly negative, & the other one overly positive. Combined, I believe their dysfunction contributed to my trauma, as I internalized that I was “bad and unlovable” in the eyes of one, while the self-loathing I felt was glossed over by the other (who loved me the best she could).

Thanks again for what you do, Doc. Mood stabilizers have been incredibly helpful for me. Ordinarily, my attitude is a roller coaster every day.

This information is just what I needed to help me find not just an answer to a situation I’m facing but also how to approach it with the proper frame of mind😁! Accordingly it will give me a calmer friendly manner to present the issue at hand to the person I’m the dilemma with. 👍🏻 thanks for this valuable video. Subject matter most of us have heard and applied many times in one’s life but sometimes we get stuck and draw up the info readily from our memory😤! This will be a great resource for me to reflect on and give reference to when I’m stuck👊🏻

@@DocSnipes it was interesting points about thinking how one over rides the other .
Some people do not realize honestly that they have a choice. Because of there childhood conditioning or lessons from their elders .
Would you agree that there is only 2 sponsoring thoughts.
      Love ❤
      Fear 😨
Under each of these are different levels or words .
Each is a state of mind .
Like you pointed out with the pets you can't have the 1 without the other.
Just like you can't only have 1 side of a coin
Or a magnet 🧲 you can not have only south pole .
Eckhart Tolle in his book The Power of NOW ch1 explains. Starting point to real mind freedom .
      We can only point to.
I can make the horse drink water after I put it there for the horse.
      In The way of Mastery
You will see/hear Eckhart Tolle teachings stitched along. Everyone will at some point have to realize this information in some fashion to find Heaven.
You also may realize that your are that awareness having a life experience playing the roll of you !
      This time around .
That NOW is everlasting and always has been .
Our EGO or thinker wants you to believe something different.
The way of Mastery is a 3 part series.
That came to me a few weeks ago. I have listened to it all . I just invite people to investigate it.
