More explosive training videos like this pls. I think it would be great if the camera is not too close, couldn't see the whole movements & also addung unnecessary camera movements which can make people nauseaus
Do you find a huge difference between hang snatches and hang cleans for vertical?
Both are great. I've always liked snatches a bit more since the bar starts at the hip and allows for a more lengthening in the hamstrings during hang movements.
