such a clean and functional build. Thanks for the inspo. Just bought a 2004 Sienna ce and am trying to figure out how i should go about converting it. SO many possibilities though!
Hey thanks, ya lots of options. Our build was to maximize our storage space. Bed is little high and close to the ceiling. I would suggest a futon style bed maybe? might give more "living space" haha.
nice conversion! can you tell me what you used to hang the curtains from; looks very sturdy yet malleable; it's the one piece I have yet to finish; thanks!
Does the table with the chain hold up the second bed piece? What are the dimensions of the bed (if u know)?… I like the simple set up, but I need it to sleep my tall bf.
The chain table does not but the single bed plywood sheet is doubled so you can slide it over to make the full bed. Can’t quite remember dimensions but customized to fit the van. Length just over 6ft I think before the kitchen in the back.
Seems to work just fine for what I use it for. If I were to use it for long time use would for sure do things differently. All recycled material around the house. No damage.
Nice build.
Nice use of space!
Thanks. Ya we have fit a lot of gear in this van over the years!
That’s my van!

Cool!
How long is the bed space, without the dog?
roughly over 6'

Window screen, window cushion. No good.
You need to have at least plain container for grey water 💧. Need to improve. No good. 👎👎
