What caused that to happen? My oil cup is clean but I'm getting the milky mixture in a return line to the crank case, so it dilutes my crank case oil (John Deere 2 cyl)

This one was sitting outside for many years kind of a extreme case with moisture

I have a 47 m. Can you take the air filter apart. It is extremly dirty
