@@eliakrauss994 Impulse is controlled. But I got angry a few times. So it takes some time to settle into it and catch yourself when getting emotional. Still very new. So lets see…
Just started today it’s a roller coaster I definitely hit psychosis and an overwhelming sense of impending doom but I felt “normal” today even tho I can’t sleep now and I felt extremely anxious, dizzy and nauseous all day but like my cognition was better even if I had total brain fog I was sticking to one thing it was like I was hyper fixating on every small task I put myself to with little procrastination and I could filter out so many stimulants that normally distract me. Unfortunately my anger issues have heightened on them and when I can’t filter out that obnoxious repetitive sound that’s always there for some reason? I get super frustrated
I started 5 days ago with It and got yesterday nearly the same. Repetitive sound I can't shut off, sleep deprivation and feeling of slightly psychosis. Today I just paused. I drank really a lot water yesterday, this helped very much to get it out of my system. I think the dosage is too high. I will try to dilute it in water and take only 15 mg. There is a nice instruction on UA-cam how to do it. Wish you the best and good luck to find your nice dosage 🪷
I went through the same thing my first week but it has eventually slowly and slowly gone away. The impending doom is the only thing that really seems to bother me.
Look at the wikipedia page for Paracetamol (tylenol). In the pharmacology section you'll see phrases as "appears to" and "may". Science does not have a full understanding of the body, but we've come pretty damn far in short time. So we make molecules suspected of doing good stuff, test them on people, weight the good vs. bad and that's it. @@Larken42 I get the frustration though. The stim side effects are rough, especially in the beginning. My advice is that when experiencing too intense side effects, lower your dosage if possible. I was given 30mg Vyvanse "to start with", but ended up doing half.

Pharmacodymanics: Amphetamine is a full agonist of the trace amine-associated receptor 1 (TAAR1), which is a key regulator of common and trace brain monoamines such as dopamine, serotonin and noradrenaline.[3][4][5] The agonism of this set of receptors results in the release of increased concentrations of dopamine, serotonin and noradrenaline in the synaptic cleft. This leads to cognitive and physical stimulation within the user. d-amphetamine's affinity for the TAAR1 receptor is twice that of l-amphetamine.[6] As a result, d-amphetamine produces three to four times as much central nervous system (CNS) stimulation as l-amphetamine. l-amphetamine, on the other hand, has stronger cardiovascular and peripheral effects. Conversion rate: 29.7% of the weight of lisdexamfetamine dimesylate (the usual prescribed form) is dexamphetamine: 30 mg lisdexamfetamine dimesylate is equivalent to 8.9 mg of dexamfetamine.[7][8] The subjective experience will differ due to the slower, more steady release of active substance in the prodrug. An equivalent dose of dexamphetamine will have a higher peak plasma concentration and shorter duration.

Vyvanse changed my life for good.
I am starting out on vyvanse. Please share some point if you are comfortable. Thank you.
Im also starting with it, im curious what will change for good and also what could change for bad…

Add theanine if you feel overstimulated
Best decision I’ve ever made. I got diagnosed this year and vyvanse has been the best by far.

We made a med.
It seems to work.
We don’t know how.
By the way it may introduce… complications.

@@bendove2191 like I said, only curious. My side effects are minimal. unless I miss a dose or two, then I’m useless.
