I Spent $58,000 on Concrete On My $3M Dream Restoration

In this video, I'm sharing with you my $3M restoration project - a restoration of an old paper mill in White Hall Maryland and wait till you see amount of concrete needed to repair one section of the building! We need to fill and restore the old water conveyor section of the papermill and it cost $58,000!
This restoration is a challenge, but the end result is going to be worth it! We are restoring this historic building back to its former glory, and it's been so much fun working on this project.
