I don’t know the actual setting as I am out of the shop on vacation however using the compression fitting for the spindle I adjust it down so that the bristles are in contact with my work piece and tighten the bolts. There is more than enough “float” that way to make proper contact. Is this what you are asking?

@@the_crafty_studio_official Yes, it was that. I've got my spindle set all the way up in the compression fitting and still have a gap to the work surface with most bits. Thank you for the quick reply, and for the video!

I am happy with it. I do not use lasers in my workflow very often so I’m still learning so it’s hard for me to judge speed. That being said it is very easy to use and I find the learning curve to be very manageable. I haven’t tried to cut with it yet but have been using it mainly for logo burning and etching and it is a solid performer.

Yes that will work as well but depending on the depth of your pour the exothermic reaction it could fail

Hi David! Thanks for asking. The design had a lot of cross hatching and was running at 200 inches per minute. As I remember it was a 5 hour burn give or take.

@@the_crafty_studio_official I'm using the Kreg PRS 2100 table and after taking advantage of the table’s asymmetry, I’m able to get 4” of the 6” possible fence travel. The last paragraph on page 1 of the instructions calls attention to the need for a “shop-built table extension must be added to the back of the typical table” to get the full 6” of fence travel. What model # is your Kreg table?
