Well lads..could someone help me? The “John” fella Liam refers to in part one of this interview was actually my father. He dressed as a blue bunny on the show before Liam Clancy’s interview but I cannot find the video footage anywhere! I tried to get in contact with Rte about it a few years ago but didn’t get too far with it!
He looked great at 72 but yet died 2 yrs later God love him a true gent Ireland is so proud of him.

A mix of both, but the Clancy Brothers have been credited for reviving and popularising a huge amount of old Irish songs that had been long forgotten.
