I like your choice of crank baits they work real well here in Stockton Lake. I haven’t tried that chrome flicker shad gonna have to go find it and try it. Thank you for sharing this video. And most of all thank you for your service.
The chrome Flicker shad has worked real well. Where I live we don't have many tackle shops but the Harps grocery store here has some. The broken back chrome Flicker shad I believe is a 6 mm. size. They cost more than $7 but have been worth it. I mostly fish them off of the front of my boat on a leader with 3 ounces of weight at about 1.7 m.p.h.. I let out about 35 feet of line and I think the bait goes down around 15 feet. Trolling crankbaits is the only way I fish for crappie in the warmer months. Thank you for the service comment. Here in Missouri we have to keep each person's fish separate.The divider I added to cut down the coolers hogging up boat space. Heaven forbid if one of us catches 17 and the other one catches 13 out of the total of 30 fish. It is the only state that I know of that requires it. If you have 4 people in the boat it can be real tasking with 4 coolers, plus one for drinks and food. Thank you for your service also. I will try to do more videos. I have recently started doing them and have some learning to do. Thank you
