DO listen to the steam warning. I'm on Sonoma 14.5 and it says my version of macOS doesn't support 32bit games 😑
It's false. It's a 64-bit game and works fine

I have more proof... I bought the game and this footage was recorded on a new 15" MacBook Air M3.
Steam often marks games as 32-bit due to the developer not uploading their game correctly to the platform. In this case the developer might have said they are targeting an earlier version of macOS than they actually are.
@@MrMacRight I also purchased the game but on MacBook m3 pro and it won't run so I got a refund.

Gaming on Mac is still so disappointing. I hand big hopes with the M-chips but finally gave up and got me a Steam Deck and never looked back.
Idk the Steam deck is significantly weaker than just about any Mac other than the M1. Anything that runs on the Deck runs through CrossOver
Same, since I got steam deck I don’t even bother with my ps5 or my Mac anymore

@@chidorirasenganz well, Crossover is pretty junky on Mac and the experience with the Steamdeck is so much better that it’s perfectly understandable to prefer it. Plus, with FSR and stuff the Deck performs pretty much like an M1 MBP. Even though on paper is a lot less powerful.

Where are the AAA Games? … Nothing and so disappointing … Apple made big announcements but nothing is released. For really good gaming you need a Windows PC. I waited so long now, but I think Apple has no serious interest for that.
I’m disappointed that most games are not available via the App Store. The App Store itself has a lot of cons, but it is still the only native App Store on Mac and I find it too much of a sacrifice of the user experience to use the other non-optimized, non-native, and kind of ugly looking (IMO) game stores
