  • Do you think you have a blood clot? 🩸
Blood clots are gel-like clumps of blood. They are beneficial when they form in response to an injury or a cut, plugging the injured blood vessel, which stops bleeding.
Some blood clots form inside your veins without a good reason and don't dissolve naturally. These may require medical attention, especially if they are in your legs or are in more critical locations, such as your lungs and brain. A number of conditions can cause this type of blood clot.

Ok, I don't think they ever had a bloodclot, but they did treat patients with it. Here are some symptoms you have to worry about. Problem breathing. Pain in the chest or back, and it feels like you probably have gas. Yes, swelling in the leg the back of the leg or if your foot won't fit in your shoe or it really hurts. Pay attention to your calf. That's the fatty part of your leg. If it feels stiff, please don't wait to go to the hospital. Signed a person who had a blood bloodclot and is on Eliquis for life.

I ended up with bilateral pulmonary embolus following shoulder surgery. I was very sedentary and ended up with 4 clots - 3 in the left lung and 1 in the right lung. I had chest pain and shortness of breath and went to the ER. The strange thing was, I felt fine other than those symptoms I was walking, talking and even joking with the nurses until the ER dr asked me should I go into cardiac arrest what do you want us to do? It got real for me fast and off to the ICU. I never realized how close I was to death and I am so very grateful to all the Drs and nurses who saved my life! ❤

I just suffered one a few weeks ago. Woke up out of my sleep at 3 AM in the morning fighting for breath. Told my wife to call the ambulance and was fighting to breathe. The Dr's numbed up a spot in my groin area andade an incision..I could feel the tool they inserted to remove the clot going from the groin area incision upwards to my lungs to grab the clot. It was painful and I had to grip onto the sides of the bed to endure the pain. I could feel the clot moving as they were pulling the clot out. The Dr. kept saying " Hang in there Mr. Chadwick! Hang in there! I had to focus on taking short breaths. Once the clot was out I was able to breathe freely again..He showed me the clot afterwards. It was the size of a hot dog cut in half. Now I know what people and animals feel like when they are suffered to death 😢. I will now be on blood thinners the rest of my life where my blood thickness has to stay at a certain thickness. It can't be to thin or to thick.

My husband had 3 clots in his right leg down to his foot... He didn't know til his foot was hurting and cold that something may be wrong... He went to ER they done CT scan an found them, of course didn't tell us anything just rushed him to Tulsa... They were able to save everything except for his foot... He was amputated 7inches below his right knee... Then after 30 days out he developed a very aggressive infection, then 3 guillotine chops and a final amputation later so far things have been ok... They said he caught cvid an that it thickened his blood just enough to cause clots... Strange he never had any cvid symptoms nor did he ever get jabbed... This all happened between Aug of 21 to Oct of 21...

@user-dy3hq7cg2j I hope you're better now. I reduced the amount of the cigarettes I smoke per day to 2-3 cigarettes and maybe 5 cigarettes per day. I used to smoke 10-20 cigarettes per day and I feel some kind of tinglings everyday on the sides of my head and even at the top of my head but I can't say it's pain, it's just tingling. I also hear some annoying sounds in my ear. I'm going to see a doctor very soon because I'm worried a bit. Maybe it's because of the big reduce of smoke and the nicotine addiction messes up my body because it needs nicotine and smoke. Thank you for helping me.

I had a X-ray done and blood work and a MKG I believe it's called. X-ray was clear came back that way. And blood work revealed I'm a anemic that's it but nothing else. Did say I had some irregular active on the left side of my chest. But I'm having a number of symptoms been lightheaded and shortness of breath cramping in my leg or legs. But I was standing up on my feet all day at work I'm a 24 year old woman. And I feel hot then cold and I have pressure in my left side of my chest and lungs. Not really much pain but more discomfort and slight pain I guess but nov really just discomfort. Could this be a blood clot would they have caught it on the test I have had?

Some problem too on my 4th baby, I was having problems to breathe in the night, back pain , my feet was swelling and bacame to big everyday and pain me, also I was feeling something big in my chest, even the shoes wasn't fitting me and we are in winter time now. I discovered it in 3days after giving birth. Thank God I was in hospital with my baby because after birth she gotten a problem off breathing, so we stayed there for one week and 2 days. I went to emergency 4 a.m to 4pm . Now I'm injecting my self everyday and drinking medicine to clean my blood and I do blood tests every 4 days to check if it's clean. The blood clots went to my pulmonary and stopped there ,so the specialist doctor of pulmonary is recommended me medicine's up to 3 months and and see her after for double check in the scan machine. The nurse and my husband was forcing me to go to emergency hospital for check up and I was neglected after one week I went look now . I almost lost my life for myself. Please listen to your partner or people closer to you because you never know what will happen to you.

Why is it that I can list three close friends who are being treated for blood clots this year when I never met anyone before who suffered from it? Between that and the constant news stories of otherwise healthy people suddenly dying (just this week: Franco Harris, Dax Tejera), I'm beginning to suspect something that was forced on everyone is to blame.

      Be careful trusting doctors

Can someone help me please I'm still worried and my anxiety is through the roof. I've been to two medical clinics and found out I was anemic. So I'm on vitamins and women one day vitamins now. But they found nothing else when I got blood work done and as well as a MKG but they found nothing. All the doctor said at the first clinic was that there was some slight irregular activity on the left side of my heart. Then I went to another clinic the left side pressure in my chest still hadn't went away. She discovered I have some tenderness in my chest prescribed me some steroids and such for it. But I haven't been taking that I read up on risk with blood clots and it's not good. That's why I think I have a blood clot or blood clots all on my left side of my body. The pressure has now spread in my left lungs and is still in my left side of my chest. I went to ER because my lungs felt like they were burning I got scared. Went to the ER and nothing they did a x-ray on my lungs and upper body came back clear. And I still have the pressure not to mention shortness of breath. And weakness feeling weak and sick mostly all the time the feeling comes and goes throughout the day. And I have lightheaded episodes and I'm cold easy feels like I'm having chills at times or my body is just burning up. But it goes away after a few minutes or so then I had cramping in my legs from being on them all day at work. Got test for Cov and flu as well at hospital came back negative. They just said I had a upper respiratory infection but I think I have blood clots. I'm scared I don't want to die I'm a 24 year old woman I been trying to use the resources I have available to me. But it's not like I'm getting better than been going a month now a little over a month now actually. They said I was to you g and health and mention it's not likely I have blood clots because I'm young. But I think that's ridiculous I've done my research everyone of any age has gotten them young or old so what the heck! I just been praying to God help me make it through this as much as i can sometimes. But my anxiety is bad I'm scared I'm going to die everyday.. My lower body was sore my legs for two days almost I was working on my feet all day but still. If I had a blood clot or cloths would it show up on X-ray or would it have last night. Someone please reach out to me doctors or someone who has been thought this. I just don't want my life to be over and I tried to do something about it and no one helped me I don't want that situation.
