hey, your English is good, I'm from Spain, and I understood everything, a native speaker should have no problem, you don't really need to go through the trouble of putting subtitles :) Also very good video, I've had similar problems and I had to go to the wiki, it's nice to see someone explaining the theory here, as well as providing solutions

@iamdarkphantom there's a datapack that'll show a sphere of spawnable area that you can use. It's on Vanilla Tweaks, under informative section, and is named "spawning sphere." because you guys are inside the radius of 24 blocks, meaning when your inside of that radius of spherical shell, mobs will not spawn, so move a bit further and make sure there's no lights inside.
I remade the farm in the middle of the ocean. It works but the rate is not that good. Maybe what can help is by lighting up the sea floor. I made a bigger mob grinder in my SMP with sea floor lit up, it works wonderfully

@wraith6135 Sadly, you need to slash them yourself to get the xp
On one of my own worlds, I built this on an island in the ocean and it worked fine. Probably because minecraft still thinks it’s in an ocean.
Hostile mobs NEVER spawn on water, with the exception of drowneds. And if the island has no caves, then its good to go

in bedrock edition only maximum 16 mobs will spawn because of the density cap ☹️

Another reason your mob farm could be slow is because of your simulation distance
how do i change and what do i change to
@@keegannelson653 It's in the option tab, just under render distance. the default simulation distance is fine
an ok way to stop the problem with mobs spawning on the surface or underground it to build it 100 blocks in the air
Wow, so I built everything right, the only reason why it might not work is because I placed it on land. I don't understand the hype
I built this on land so it didn’t work. Then I went caving and found a spider spawner… so ig I don’t need it anymore 👍
