Yeah, add some strteet and car lights going and Night will look better than 4 on PC. I really like the shading during he nighttime of his mobile port, it somehow feels more artistically closer to how i would Like o remember GTA 4 on pc. I remember the x360 and ps3 version to be hazey and not fully dark with less contrast, but pc version to have proper contrast which the mobile version here somehow portrays better.

Rockstar only designs their games to run on the current platform they are released on, you can’t even complete GTA 4 on Xbox series S or X or on PC because if you play the game at 60 FPS or higher, it will break the final mission when you have to climb into the helicopter, I can’t believe they put this game out on series S and X and PC in a broken state. The only way to play complete the final mission is to go to the setting on your Xbox and set it to 720p so that it switches to 30FPS or to set your frame rate limit on PC to 30 FPS
I find it hilarious I had a laptop when this game launched that ran it like a total slideshow. Now here we're are and I find out my phone or tablet could run a port of it now.

Rockstar won't make a mobile port of GTA IV: 1. It will take time, money and effort to do that. They might not make a lot of profit. 2. People will eventually pirate the game anyways especially in Android.
My pC can run games like battlefield 1 , Mostly max settings at close to 140 FPS. I tried playing this game and my game would dip to the kid 30’s LOL. I still spent a solid month replaying this gem a couple months ago
gta 4 isn't a game with good performance and rockstar didn't care to fix this in pc, so if u want a better performance u have to use mods to fix the game
Harbouring A Grudge would be impossible without a climbing function. Don't remember if any other mission requires the use of climbing in order to proceed. So that'll need to either be added or bypassed. Late to the video because it was only just now recommended to me
