    Can anyone plz confirm do we need to present adhar card with Maharashtra address for buying property in MH, as for applying home loan via HDFC I have been asked to update MH address on adhar though it has my permanent address currently which is outside MH only.

    Sir, what about VTP Pegasus project. And VTP 's possession record.. they have around 150 acer land parcel. Now a days it very popular in khardi area. Can you pls give some insight so that I can take some stand on this property. I have token for R10 in VTP Pegasus.

      I also have a token of R10
      But I am not going with R10 because road uncertainty is there
      And
      There possession also will.be delays by 1 year or more
      Also VTP downgraded the features of home as compared to VTP Euphoria
      And they have rises the prices significantly since last year
      I had a starting token of VTP Euphoria also
      That time quoted price was 56 and open price was 54
      So it was good
      Now they are claiming 65 for the same size with less features.
      They might open the prices around 63
      By the 23rd of July

      Thanks Anil for replying on my comments. Road connectivity is issue thats true as per current status. But probably after 3-4 yr this issue will be fixed because of many buildings are in construction. So to handle such traffic they must provide some provision. Because many more project is in pipeline in those area. Gera also announced construction in the same township in front of VTP sales office. you can rethink about these factors.

      But if you look at the keshav nagar chauk
      That is also dense populated area but it is not we developed
      And now you are saying road will.be constructed to manipulate the traffic of river side road.
      Then till now why it is not build or aquatition is not done from VTP OR GODREJ
      Even though near VJ there is barricade for road
      Nothing is clear sir
      If you look at the keshav nagar and kharadi bridge also
      That plan was since 10 years ago
      Now the work is in progress.
      So there is no garanty of road till now.
