Fish Boy I caught a couple hybrids I didn’t know they’re where hybrids still someone commented on my pic one was all digital lookin stripes and I guess that’s the hybrid and the straight defined stripes are regular correct me if I’m wrong
I’m curious to the name and type of boat you’all were fishing from, Love the room to walk and work the fish looks like a great river boat! Thanks TB and love your videos
I wrote you a while back about N.Y. N.J. bass in our rivers. Congratulations that fish is a true slob! Makes me jealous. Next is a 50 plus! Thank you for all the great tips they all work out here to.
@tacticalbassin what type of landing net are you using? I’ve tried many but really like that one! I see and like that the handle is extendable, but is it collapsible too?
Hey guys, can you please make a video on what to look for when buying used boats and also particularly the motor. I’m having a hard time knowing what to look for
Saws Awesome fishing guys.Hope all is well with you Matt.I know you are too busy to guide, Can you send me Sean's info ?I just want one, half that size !I
I own a vt19 Crestliner bass boat and I need your advice, I and getting the helix mega chirp g2 12", down imaging up front and si in the cockpit. Now I'm torn between power poles or talons, what it boils down to is which one is lighter. But the talons are all self contained.and I don't have much room for two pumps that the power poles need
Jake orr from where I've looked into it and used both on different boats I prefer the Talons. Seems like there is a ton of bias out there just because of the market share PowerPole got early on with manufacturers partnerships. Awhile back some also preferred the Poles to the Talons because of the depth options but Talon took care of that awhile back by offering deeper options as well.
Jake orr I'll link some of the vids I watched before using the Talons though, jic you haven't come across any, to at least get by until the guys answer on their preference. This one's a compilation but they are all from Minn Kota so...ua-cam.com/video/6Y-Cvdruwg4/v-deo.html ; This is from Wired2Fish but shows one thing I've enjoyed with the lay down capabilities ua-cam.com/video/HpTCLTB80po/v-deo.html , think the price is a little cheaper too, which is another thing I kinda wondered about because of all those that keep saying you won't be happy with either if you just mount one.
Bass Nazi thank you brother I think I'm going to go with the talons because I totally understand what you're saying and I back it into my garage and go under low culverts and bridges and it would be nice to be able to lay the talons down and to store them that way so you don't have so much weight hanging off the back of your boat, you've always been such a big help man thank you for replying to me when you see that I commented a question, tactical Bassin is so busy that I know I can't always get a reply from them and I understand that but the reason I asked questions on their videos is because I feel like the people who watch tactical bass and are the most educated community at with useful information and unbiased opinions
Jake orr no problem man anytime. It is a big plus, and like I said I haven't noticed any problems to them at all. The more I looked into it, the more I made my mind up on them as well.
Come back up! Was that a 10” jsj bait that you put down in the beginning? A epic day for sure! Almost unheard of these days. There was a 53#’er caught a little ways up river from where you were at, last fall.
Kamo yegiazaryan the Sacramento, feather, yuba, and American rivers, in Northern California, all have stripers year around. They are hard to find after the spawn but lots of big fish stay in the river system
Man, I hate it when a UA-cam commercial for car insurance or man soap comes on right as the monster is about to surface. Thanks FooYube! Swines! Ye Gods! What a monster!

I've broke poles doing the samething with 20lb + stripes trying to keep them form reaching the trees down below
Striper our the best nothin like a striper run you know when it’s a striper cause takes off man
Scott Bunning , I know . Blinding speed runs almost like a drag race
Love those calcuttas
What state is this in? At least tell us East coast or West coast?
This was in Northern California where Striper are typically much smaller than their Eastern relatives.
😲😲😲😲 48lb? What da..... 👏👏👏👏👍👊😅
What is the state record
Awesome!! Shawn was right using a 50 lbs leader when you are targeting fish this size. 30 lbs is way too light.
Alex Fu , I caught a 49 pounder i1984 in Napa River Vallejo California. Only 20 lb test line with 25 lb test leader . Long fight .
Show the lure.....
That was an impressive striper, nice job landing it,could've been a goner
