Hey Autumn! Love you! Weight loss is my goal: Just that final 10-15... Am I overdoing the protein? I don't want to gain muscle... Oats + 1 scoop of protein powder, greek yogurt and 1/2 scoop protein powder, salad, protein bread and cheese, souop with unlfavored 1/2 scoop protein powder, and then a protein bar. Dinner is vegan meat and veggies. It totals about 2 scoops of protein powder a day - 50g, 10g in bread, 10g in protein bar, some in a slice of cheese and some in one egg. It equals about 80-100 deoending on the day. im 128 pounds so 128 x .8 102g per day.... I just purposely lost 25# of fat and also lost 14# of muscle...
Am I the only one who just fast without any preparation? I started by "accident" (i had a bad flue and i fasted for 3 days), and then randomly i fast for at least 36/48 hours. The 16/8 is my normal routine, but i feel the "longer" fast is very effective. I just don't eat. Some days my mind is tuned to the long fast others not. If i plan, i kind feel hungry (my head is probably set wrongly 😂)
I really want this bundle but I can’t afford $150 cnd 😢I have just a few weeks before I go on vacation and I have not been able to lose a single pound! It looks like a good program , I will have to purchase in the future ❤

Yogurt hosts trans fats called ruminant trans fats or dairy trans fats. Unlike trans fats found in some processed food products, ruminant trans fats are considered beneficial. The most abundant ruminant trans fats in yogurt are vaccenic acid and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). Yogurt may have even more CLA than milk. Researchers believe that CLA has various health benefits - but taking large doses of CLA supplements may have harmful metabolic consequences. Whey protein powder is a dairy product, right? However, whey protein powder is low in fat, therefore why is there such hype for it? I know there are other low fat dairy products; for instance, I consume aryan which is like kefir yet not kefir and the fat content in 100ml of product is low (1,5%) yet it's richer in probiotics and assists in digestion. I've always felt even when consuming excellent quality isolate whey protein powder that something doesn't feel right; it's never a plain shake with water.
